Le Viré-Clessé quintaine est un vin blanc sec. Il rentre dans la catégorie du vin tranquille.<br />
Il revêt une robe jaune-or pâle aux reflets verts, elle est scintillante et limpide. Le nez est très délicat, fin et complexe, sur des notes de fleurs blanche comme l’acacia et l’aubépine; les agrumes et les fruits à chair blanche sont bien présents, comme la pêche... <br />
La température idéale de service pour le Viré-Clessé quintaine est de 13°C. <br />
Avec quoi le déguster ?<br />
Il peut très bien se marier avec des apéritifs, des entrées, des plats principaux ou des fromages.<br />
