<p>  </p> <p> <u>Why the Elephant ?</u></p> <p>  </p> <p> We realized that the soft beverage market needs innovation. Product offering remains limited to market leaders and is relatively homogeneous in terms of tasting experience and functionality. On the functional aspect, the physical effort or energy drink market has reached its peak.</p> <p>  </p> <p> We then focused on consumers' new expectations who do not not find simple answers on the market. <strong>The cognitive performance, and especially memory is a forgotten category</strong>. We challenge this function daily though. We try to improve it to better perform at work, at school or during all intellectual activities. We also look at reducing the ageing effects. <strong>So, how can we stimulate cognitive performance? How can we slow down the ageeing effects?</strong></p> <p>  </p> <p> Traditional western medicine recommends a healthy diet, a daily vitamin and minerals consumption to facilitate a normal cognitive function activity. In Asia, we find plants such as Ginkgo Biloba that exist for thousands years or Brahmi which leaf extracts are renowned for their effects on cerebral performance and also short and mong term memory improvement. Those ingredients though which are very good for memory are usually complicated to use in pills. Those ingredients taste is also very dissuasive.</p> <p>  </p> <p> <img alt="Ingredients" src="https://kkbb-production.s3.amazonaws.com/uploads/project_image/image/29639/ingredients.png"></p> <p>  </p> <p> Thanks to nutritional and scientific research, we relooked at the consumer habits in searching for nutritional contribution for their memory. The challenge was to <strong>develop a product for memory meeting four criterias : efficiency, taste, naturality and simplicity.</strong></p> <p>  </p> <p> From Britany (France region) came up the idea to re-think fish soup and its omegas. In California, we understood how to integrate good nutrients into a tasty drink, more sexy than fish soop. In India, we met Ganesh, un Elephant addicted to brahmi, a plant renowned for its effect on memory. We better understand the concept of "Elephant Memory" now.
