What is the Mini Transat ?

The Mini Transat is a unique race which goes from France to Guadeloupe via the Canaries. The race is very different from any other offshore sailing race as it is raced :

> single-handedly

> on yachts long of only 21 feet

> without any assistance or interactions with the outside world

> without any other navigational equipment than a simple GPS.

My objective

The "Mini" is something I have always dreamt of. My objective is to be on the start line as well as to cross the finish line. This is already a difficult challenge in itself. Any satisfying ranking would be the icing on the cake.
