FAHAVALO, Madagascar 1947

<p>Bonjour Voici une <a href="https://vimeo.com/294643751" target="_blank">video</a> pour vous donner un aperçu de la tournée du film FAHAVALO à Madagascar . Une incroyable première à Fianarantsoa, la ville de mon grand-père, Cette projection a été organisée par le departement de lettre de l'université, il était 8:30 du matin.... . Ensuite une projection en plein Air à Tulear la ville de Regis Gizavo , le compositieur de la musique originale du film .  Enfin une projection dans le camp de l 'école nationale Gendarmerie d'Ambositra organisée par l'Alliance française à la demande des élèves gendarmes parce qu'il y sont cantonnés le soir après les classes. Nous estimons à 'environ 3000 spectateurs en  8 séances au cour de ces 10 jours . Nous vous remercions encore pour votre contribution . Grace à vous toutes ces personnes ont pu voir le film tout de suite après la première à Montreal et avant Lisbonne, Tubingen et  Carthage . Merci et à bientot. <p>Hello, dear KissKissBanker Here is a short <a href="https://vimeo.com/294643751" target="_blank">video</a> giving a flavour of the first screenings of the film FAHAVALO in Madagascar . An amazing premiere at Fianarantsoa University, the city of my grand father, it was 8:30 in the morning . then an Open Air screening in Tulear the city of Regis Gizavo who created the original music of the film . And then AMbositra at the national school of Gendarmerie, the military school where we were asked to organise the  screening inside the camp as the trainees are not allowed to go out after class.. We estimate around 3000 people attended the 8 screenings in 10 days . We thank you again to allow all those people to screen the film, soon after the premiere in Montreal and before Lisbon, Tubingen and Carthage . all the best . <p>Thank You! </p><p>As a gesture of appreciation the FAHAVALO team would like share a special addition of the film’s poster. This poster is an original oil painting by the malagasy artist Fofa Rabearivelo. This unique poster symbolizes the Madagascar 1947 uprising. </p><p>The success of our campaign is only the beginning. We still have to push forward and keep raising money for the film on this last day. We are now in the second stage of the expenses that have to be raised. <p>Quelques images de la projection privée de FAHAVALO le film à la SCAM mardi 25/4 à 15h</p><p>C’est une projection offerte par la Société Civile des Auteurs Multimédia aux lauréats de la Bourse Brouillon d’un rêve. Nous avons convié les plus proches et les premiers contributeurs pour cette première. The last witnesses refer to their long months of resistance in the forest, armed only with spears and talismans. The film is in post-production.
