La Septième Obsession Gallery

Who are we?

La Septième Obsession ("The Seventh Obsession") is a French bimonthly cinema magazine.

Since 2015, we've released 25 paper issues with long interviews (Dario Argento, Joe Dante, Sharon stone, Pedro Almodovar, Brian De Palma, Lars von Trier...) and long focus on different subjects (seven deadly sins, horror movies, worship...).

Since june 2019, we've launched special issues beginning with Dario Argento cinema. Star Wars features our second special issue (for sale now).

La Septième Obsession Gallery, what for?

Basically, it's the artistic prolongation of our magazine. The aim is to decline our covers and illustrations into quality posters. For each special issue who will come out, inside illustrations will be printed into posters.

For every special issues of our magazine (3 per year), we collaborate with illustrators who make 3 illustrations for the inside. From now on, we will decline those illustrators into limited edition, signed and numbered silkscreen printing.

We try to seek the same quality we put in our magazine. Color rending with be optimal as well as the paper (uncoated italian paper from Fedrigoni, high thickness). It's a unique piece of art you can proudly hang on your wall or wherever you'd like!

We decided to trust "Les Mains sales" ("Dirty Hands"), a printing factory composed of craftsmen artists based in Angoulême (France) which is specialized in silkscreen printing.
