- LADS - Par ici les gourmets ET les gourmands !

<p>We are VERY proud to officially announce the opening of LADS !!&nbsp;</p> <p>It&rsquo;s the result of a full year&rsquo;s work for both of us (Edouard and Mathieu), and we are convinced that&rsquo;s it&rsquo;s beginning of a long and great adventure.</p> <p>We&rsquo;ve worked without giving up, survived to endless negotiations with complicated bankers, spent all of our savings, tried 1001 recipes, wondered around Paris in search of our suppliers, looked at hundreds of real estate ads&hellip;</p> <p>But all this has now come to and end !! We have found our shop in Boulogne-Billancourt, just south west of Paris, in the heart of a business area. We&rsquo;ve received our brand new equipment for the kitchen and set up our brand new decoration !! But the French Administration is really slow (surprised!?) and we are still waiting on paperwork to be all done with. This postpones our opening to mid-November, which wasn&rsquo;t taken into account in our business plan&hellip;&nbsp;</p> <p>This is where you can help us out !! Because we&rsquo;ve spent up to our last penny to have the place re-done like this.</p> <p>Trust us, we&rsquo;ve done everything possible so that we wouldn&rsquo;t have to call out for your generosity. But a few of you have shared your desire to help out. We are really grateful !! And this is why we&rsquo;ve created this page. In fact, if we can save ourselves a terrible cash flow to start off with, it&rsquo;d be amazing.
