Some of your contributors have had their contributions canceled. The reasons are various: one of them simply did not enter his credit card number, another did not provide the confirmation code by SMS (3D Secure) generated by his bank to validate the payment . Another of your KissBankers also has a Luxembourg card, and international transfers are always more often blocked.
For all these problems, the solution is to restart the contribution (paying attention to provide the SMS confirmation code) or to contact the bank in case of further failure.
