BASKET OF DRIED MORELS
Project display Maison Champelier is the result of a family adventure, in which Béatrice & Eric Crelier embarked with passion in 2019 with the desire to set up baskets of mushrooms, morels and ceps, as well as dried chanterelles with future cheese, butcher, greengrocer & delicatessen partners while offering an innovative business model. The history of our House Passionate about mushrooms in particular and the world of table mushrooms in general, our products today pursue our ambition of distributing our range of quality products in France: - Our dried morels - Our chanterelles - Our porcini mushrooms - Our fresh white and black truffles - Our white and black truffle flavored oils - Our summer truffle carpaccios in verrine establishment of more than 350 Maison CHAMPELIER baskets throughout France Our project to develop our economic model throughout France before the end of 2022 The economic model has been running for two months, we have already put 49 Partner points of sale in Alsace and 31 Partner points of sale in Paris on deposit. The operation is relatively simple, we set up our Maison CHAMPELIER baskets with our partners without investment for them and we pay a commission on the sales made. Our plan is to step up our national development twice as fast before the 2022 Christmas holidays.
What will the collection be used for? Our goal for December 2022 is to set up 350 Champelier baskets throughout France with our future cheese, butcher, greengrocer and delicatessen partners.
