<p><strong>WHAT AND WHY ?</strong></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>HELP TO RELEASE my first EP &laquo;&nbsp;COMMENT TE TRADUIRE&nbsp;&raquo;. The live recording is almost finished, the mix and mastering are about to start, and a collector book with texts and images is being created!!!! THANK YOU!!</strong></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>NB! I hope my english is good enough, I do my best to make my original french presentation understandable for a larger cercle of actual or future friends and audience.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>SO.</p> <p>It&#39;s been a year I&#39;ve been working on my new songs, alone, with obsession and exaltation, changing a line for 500 times, looking for the right word indefinitely, practicing the guitare chords even in the train, even in front of a movie!</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>These songs are in french. I tell you because I&#39;m estonian, but this time I wanted to explore this language, these sounds, this poetry.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>During this year I did many concerts, in houses, appartments, balconies, gardens, and even in real venues, festivals, parcs and forests. In France, Germany, US: it was a beautiful year and your enthousiasm and support brought me to this recording.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>I decided to record my songs as they sound at my gigs: with simple arrangements and live, no cheating. To translate this rare and fragile thing, the relation between two people, the life as it comes.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>I dare, you dare, we dare.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>Thanks to YOU I dared this simplicity and it&#39;s for you that I recorded my songs.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>WITH WHOM AND HOW ?</strong></p> <p>I&#39;m happy and proud to have managed to gather a team as loving as professional. I waited for long time in the dark, not knowing who to chose, and then suddenly it was crystal clear, with no doubt, like a puzzle finally done.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>KARSTEN HOCHAPFEL</strong>: an extraordinary musician I contacted to play cello and who also brought in portuguese guitar, banjo, electric guitare and bass. He created my first website and first disc-package, and we have even done music together. I&#39;m happy he was inspired by my songs and accepted to do the visual artwork.</p> <p><img alt="Vjp1-1478270235" src="https://d3v4jsc54141g1.cloudfront.net/uploads/project_image/image/365197/VJP1-1478270235.JPG" /></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>WHO AM I</strong></p> <p>To whom don&#39;t know me, I&#39;m an estonian fallen in love with the french language since long. <strong>Lembe Lokk.</strong></p> <p>I&#39;m also a singer (Gjaar Project, IN.O.U.I, European Jazz connection, Pandemonium, Rouge Madame). I sing indie pop, but I have also sang jazz in the clubs, baroque in the churches, french chansons in the street and contemporary music on some beautiful european stages. I&#39;m composer, songwriter and I mostly sing my own songs I write in estonian, french and english languages. In one very long but beautiful and sreine day.</p> <p>We rehearsed in Nemours and Bagnolet, in our kitchens and living rooms, in the middle or our kid&#39;s screeming and in the silence of my white sleepless nights.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>We still need to do the mix and mastering and then finish the packaging (between Paris and Berlin). And then print the THING.
