Corentin Boissier

Paris, France

I was born in Suresnes, close to Paris, France, in 1995, January the 24th. I live at La Défense-Paris. I compose with musical score since I’m 6 years old. In 2001 I began my musical studies at the Municipal Conservatory of Puteaux, then I successfully passed the entrance competition of the Regional Conservatory of Boulogne-Billancourt. In 2012, I successfully passed the entrance competition of the CRR of Paris where I got in 2014 the DEM (Diplôme d’Études Musicales) d’Écriture « With Highest Distinction ». In 2016 I got the DEM (Diplôme d’Études Musicales) of Orchestration also « With Highest Distinction ». My teachers have been Thibault Perrine, Stéphane Delplace, David Lampel and Anthony Girard. In 2015 I successfully passed the entrance competition of the CNSM (Conservatoire National Supérieur de Musique) of Paris where I’m studying in order to get the Master of Écriture (Harmony, Counterpoint, Fugue, Polyphony of the XVth-XVIIth centuries, Arrangement, Analysis…). On YouTube, I’m in charge since 2010 of the cultural musical channels collectionCB (533 videos), collectionCB2 (570 videos), collectionCB3 (511 videos) and collectionCB4 (one new video each two days) which present little-known post-romantic classical works of the XXth and XXIst centuries (more than 2, 000 uploads to date). On the other hand, I’m the permanent collaborator of Doctor Allan B. Ho (Southern Illinois University of Edwardsville), for the « Music for Piano and Orchestra : The Recorded Repertory ». I uploaded on the web my « Ideal "Discotheque" of more than 1, 600 orchestral works of feelings ». The American music critic Walter Simmons agreed to be the dedicatee.
