<h2>“We are all helpers. If you are affected by COVID – 19 outbreaks and need assistance, we can help.”</h2> In these difficult times of the pandemic, isolation, lockdowns, and fear, let us remember the thousands of people around the world who have been through similar circumstances for a very long time now, due to natural or manmade calamities. They are always in need and we can help them. As the virus spread, we are on the front lines. This is what we do. This is who we are. We have been working tirelessly to support those affected with medical supplies, financial assistance, food packages, and hygiene kits. We are doing what we do best. Working with people directly in the fight we can’t do it alone. We are helping people survive COVID-19 on every level. Financially, medically, nutritionally, mentally, and spiritually. <h2>ABOUT AMEDDIAS</h2> At AMEDDIAS, we believe each and every one of us should have a dignified life. The journey began in Luxembourg in 2007 on a small scale by a group of highly motivated members: Professors, lawyers, journalists, and social workers, who all had the passion for Information and Communication. By setting specifics goals, comprehensive plan, and clear visions based on providing help to the needy and poor families within the country and poverty-stricken areas of the word. The association offers solutions in times of crisis in terms of Information and Communication for several fields. Here, in medical care, education, food aid, poverty relief, and famine relief. <h3>Our passions stem from a sense of injustice that anyone should be locked out of living a decent, dignified life, so we work to inspire social change.</h3>   <h2>Our principles:</h2> Beliefs: We believe everyone has a right to a standard of living adequate for the health and well-being of himself and of his family. Vision: To be pioneers in providing humanitarian and charity deeds within Luxembourg and outside. Missions: Informing and Communicating; Providing financial, in-kind, and health assistance to community individuals with low-income and qualifying them to be effective and sustainable power in the society. Values: Communication, justice, solidarity, and sustainability. These values provide a moral compass that guides our decision making. <h2>Our priorities:</h2> Distribute Food, Medicine and Hygiene products: Execute best in class collection and distribution of quality services through member agencies. Active our country: Provide inspiring opportunities for everyone to participate in our mission by giving, volunteering, and advocating. Advocate: Mobilizing communities to advocate for system changes that will positively impact those experiencing poverty and homelessness. Equitable: We embrace the diversity of thought and actions and prioritizing the voices of those affected by poverty. Accountable: Commitments we make are commitments we keep. <h2>How do our association works?</h2> From our association born our new website: <a href="http://annuaire-solidaire.lu/">http://annuaire-solidaire.lu/</a>. This website allows each one to find information easily about: <ol> <li>Food parcels;</li> <li>Meals;</li> <li>Marauding;</li> <li>Hygiene;</li> <li>Masks, services, and help for Covid-19.</li> </ol> <img alt="" src="https://d3v4jsc54141g1.cloudfront.net/uploads/project_image/image/681111/Screenshot__4_-1598976527.png" width="100%" /> When you select one category, you can access a list of organizations, restaurants, and or marauds, in which works people and volunteers that offers food and drinks (i.e. the local Green Olive Restaurant or even the international Mac Do. À quoi servira la collecte

<h2> </h2> Products are donated. They are then collected, sorted, and distributed to a network of community partners i.e organizations, charities, projects, and services that support those of us who are struggling. We collect unsold food from restaurant, and also from Mc Donald's, we collect also new, unused, and in-date toiletries, hygiene basics, beauty, and personal care and household cleanings essentials - such as deodorant, shower gel, shampoo, make-up, nappies, loo roll, laundry detergent, and surface cleaner. If you need them and use them, then it is likely someone else needs and uses them too. <img alt="" src="https://d3v4jsc54141g1.cloudfront.net/uploads/project_image/image/681190/Screenshot__7_-1598986975.png" width="100%" /> your donation will help us to : <ul> <li>buying of hydroalcoholic gel bottles, masks, and other personal protective equipment for our volunteers;</li> <li>acquisition of bags or packaging to constitute food parcels for the poorest people who have recourse to food aid.</li> </ul> Our process goes in five steps: <ol> <li>We collect:  People and businesses in the locality collect and donate products. Brands and retailers also give us unused or repackaged products. We also distribute for some buy one/give one brand. </li> <li>We Sort: Our volunteers collect and sort donations.</li> <li>We Box up: Products are repackaged and sorted according to the different needs of our community partners.</li> <li>we deliver:  The volunteers load their cars and take donations to local community partners. These are local organizations, services, charities, and projects working to support children, families, and individuals in need.</li> <li>We distribute:  Our community partners distribute the donated products to their clients and service users.</li> </ol> TO OUR COMMUNITY, A huge thanks to our contributors for donating food packs, Hygiene products to us to distribute through our partner agencies.
