Je vous invite à découvrir ce collectif de producteurs de fromage dans le Haut Béarn.    Ils fabriquent et affinent leurs fromages individuellement dans leurs fermes l’hiver ou en estives (montagnes d’altitude) l’été, mais tout cela suivant une charte de qualité commune. Samedi dernier, les produits du terroir étaient à l'honneur pour fêter mes 33 ans !   Au menu de la soirée, une multitude de fromages d'Aquitaine comme l'Ossau Iraty ou le Pur Brebis des Pyrénées, le Bleu de Bassillac ou encore la tome de Bazas.
