This concept is the idea of Nicolas Perot, 23 years young eclectic artist and entrepreneur, founder of Ticolas, who is determined to share his passion for design, art and bistronomy. What drives him? Creating new concepts!

“The bistronomy [DEF. Gourmet cuisine served in small quantities in a bistro]. This concept was launched in the ‘90s and derived from “Bistro” and “Gastronomy”. It applies to restaurants that combine low prices (menus less than 30€), small teams, and local and creative cuisine made from good and simple ingredients, often managed by chefs trained in the most famous culinary schools. “

Gastronomy expert and Hotel School student, Nicolas Perot chose his father, Jean-Luc Perot, gourmet chef and pastry chef, to take over the “Ticolas Market” kitchen.
Jean-Luc Perot has never stopped to developing his knowledge in both areas. Alternately, cooking teacher and founder of several pastries, restaurants and factories in the fishing industry around the world, Jean-Luc Perot is a professional in restaurant business with gifted hands.
He knows how to transform simple recipes in gourmet dishes, how to mix the ingredients and to be innovative in cooking design and recipe.
“Ticolas Market” is above all a place, but it is also an online shop where customers can order products, which we use in boutique-restaurant.
“Ticolas Market” has introduced a personal benefit card: 5 purchases = 1 gift (Fine Food, Decoration, courses, etc.…) as well as clients' points.
Every month, the “Ticolas buyers” receive an account statement with information about the purchases made at Ticolas Market or lunches and dinners they have enjoyed there.
