SOLIDARITY TOWARDS THE VICTIMS OF AUGUST 14, 2021 EARTHQUAKE

Organized by USLOFRADES Association (L’union des Saint de France pour le Développement de Saint Louis du Sud) The USLOFRADES association was founded on November 5, 1995 and aims to promote links of solidarity and fraternity towards Haitians in France and Haiti. It also promotes the integration of Haitians residing in France by designing, planning, executing and managing projects which tend to improve their living environment. It also oversees development projects that have a positive impact on the economy of Saint Louis du Sud. Let's act together! The earthquake of January 12, 2010 struck the region of Port-au-Prince. The earthquake of August 14, 2021 brought the town of Saint Louis du Sud to its knees. All the communal sections are affected. It was with torn hearts, tears in their eyes, that the inhabitants saw material and their families leave in a few seconds. The toll is impressive: thousands of dead and tens of thousands of injured. The populations are at bay. Without roof. Without food. While they are experiencing a rainy and hurricane season. To the indifference of the national authorities, these populations are launching appeals for help. And it is in a natural and legitimate way that we respond positively to them.
