An independent film festival BRIDGE OF PEACE is seeking funding to move to a dedicated online platform. Thoughts about peace, creativity, and unity lead us to reflect on how the story of our film festival "Bridge of Peace" began. Like an idea born at a crossroads of fate, it evolved into a powerful movement that we proudly present to the world today. Linking the Military Bridge and Culture: It all started with an encounter with a military engineer specialized in constructing pontoon bridges for water crossings. The peaceful era back then prompted our conversation about how the military can build not only physical bridges, but bridges between cultures. After all, bridges are always needed, not just for physical passage, but for bringing people with different views and ideas together. Towards a Film Festival Platform: Since then, we have successfully hosted three inspiring "Bridge of Peace" film festivals. Our project has become a symbol of unity in diversity, but the time has come to take the next crucial step. We aim to transition our festival to a professional film festival platform. This move will not only enhance the quality of our organization but also unlock new opportunities for participants and viewers. OBJECTIVE The Bridge of Peace festival needs a professional online streaming platform for the festival's films. Create an online platform for the BRIDGE OF PEACE Film Festival from which we will broadcast a better picture of the films of the festival, from which filmmakers could speak directly to an international audience about the issues social issues and threats to peaceful life on the planet. METHOD Twice a year we show viewers a unique collection of films that reveal social issues, the truth about military conflicts and their consequences. We include films on ecology, climate change, the cultures of the peoples of the world. Recently, we have also been concerned about the unsatisfactory state of education. That's why we created a new category of competition, New Generation. Based on the results of the work of the jury and the viewers, the creators of the best films receive awards from the Golden Dove festival. More than 3,000 viewers from 54 countries around the world watch the films of the festival for free. Moving the Bridge of Peace Film Festival to an online platform will simplify access to the festival and increase our audience.
