<p>Hello you!</p>
<p>My name is Eva, I'm 29 years old, and I'm very happy to present you my project.</p>
<p>I have always dreamed of having my own restaurant without ever daring to start. After a first hard experience in a luxury hotel in Dubai, I come back to France and decided to work in human resources for a couple of Parisian startups. After 3 years, I feel that I've done my job and I follow a training to become a web developer.</p>
<p>But the more I progressed in my life, the more I felt the desire to create my own project. Today I have the strength and experience to finally get started: welcome to abenaura 👶!</p>
<p>abenawhat? abenaura is the name of a warrior from the Canary Islands 💪 As I was born and grew up there, I wanted to bring a little piece of island back to Toulouse 🌴</p>
<p><strong>abenaura </strong>is a small fast food where we cook good soups and salads with local and seasonal products, as well as healthy and tasty desserts 🧁</p>
<p>For each dish, the list of ingredients and nutritional information is shared, in the interest of knowing exactly what you are eating 🤓</p>
<p>The goal is to promote healthy and responsible consumption by using, as much as possible, seasonal, local, organic and producer-friendly products.</p>

<p>And for those who are afraid of going hungry too fast, don't be afraid! The nutritional values of each dish are compared to a classic dish. For example: "this salad is equivalent to a plate of rice & chicken".</p>
<p>I open the restaurant in Place Arnaud Bernard in Toulouse. This beautiful and lively area welcomes more and more small local shops and I am proud to be part of its evolution. </p>
<p>But the renovation of the local is a little over budget... I am therefore asking for your help to participate in financing part of the restaurant's launch: furniture, signage, refurbishment and inauguration party.</p>
<p>In any case, you can follow the progress on abenaura's Instagram or Facebook account! Just that: a small gesture for you, a big gesture for the project!</p>

<p>Your contribution will help launch the restaurant. With : </p>
<p><strong>A first stage at 3 000 € composed of:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>A refrigerated showcase : 700 €</li>
<li>A ramp for disabled access: 600 €.</li>
<li>Hygiene, safety and beverage service training: 500 €.</li>
<li>The purchase of terrace furniture: 600 € (3 tables & 6 chairs)</li>
<li>Help to finance the inauguration party: 400 €.</li>
<li>Small kitchen equipment (good vegetable knife, pots, storage jars): 200 €.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>A second level of 1 500 €</strong></p>
<p>If, thanks to you, we exceed the amount we have planned, I will be able to offer to the restaurant :</p>
<ul>
<li>A compost : 200 € (80% of my waste is organic)</li>
<li>A coffee machine (roasted in the basin of Arcachon): 500 €.</li>
<li>A sign in raw or recycled wood: 700 €.</li>
