I want to meet a shark: a music video for Imaginary French

version Française ci dessous ‘Shark’, one of the songs from Imaginary French’s recently recorded EP, was first conceived over a year and a half ago in Cape Town, a rendition of which was filmed at the time. Now the vast sandy beaches of Ostend in Belgium is the proposed backdrop for the band’s first official music video, ‘Shark’, to be directed by Anna Mancuso and Florian Pugnaire. Une interprétation "live" de la chanson avait été filmée à l'époque. Maintenant, les vastes plages de sable d'Ostende en Belgique sont la toile de fond proposée pour la premier clip officiel du groupe, 'Shark', dirigé par Anna Mancuso et Florian Pugnaire. La vidéo musicale devrait être tournée sur 5 jours, entre le 27 août et le 1er septembre 2017 et le script appelle à la prise de vue d'un certain nombre de scènes pour capturer les différents aspects de la chanson et soutenir le récit.

Allocation of funds

The filmmakers have been found, the location set and the script written: all that is missing are the funds to cover sets, props, the rental of additional equipment and transport costs which has been budgeted at €800. Some may even go towards helping us find shelter in the case of inclement weather, so we won’t have to sleep on the beach in the rain. We wish to produce a video with a strong aesthetic that captures the essence of the song. Nous avons trouvé les réalisateurs et l’équipe qui vont tourner cette vidéo, le lieu du tournage à été défini et le script écrit: tout ce qu’il nous reste à trouver sont les fonds nécessaire pour couvrir le reste des frais comme les accessoires, création de décors, la location de matériel supplémentaire et les coûts de transport qui ont été budgétisés à 800 €. Une partie peut même aller jusqu'à nous aider à trouver un abri en cas de mauvais temps, donc nous n'aurons pas à dormir sur la plage sous la pluie. Nous souhaitons produire quelque chose de jovial dans l'esprit de la chanson avec une esthétique prononcé qui correspond à l’essence du morceau et du groupe en général afin de vous donner quelque chose de spécial en retour de ce que vous nous aurez donné.
