Julien started his travel in south of France PROVENCE, he went to learn pastry in a castle 4* Michelin,walked to the Bastide St. Antoine hotel&restaurant 4* michelin in parfum city of France Grasse, took his bike to Monaco,bought a train ticket to Paris and subscribe to Bellouet Gastronomique Pastry School, flew to Aureole restaurant 1* Michelin in New York City.To finish in Avignon where I want make my project happen!..</p>
