Coming from various terroirs and resulting from multiple transformation means, the tea leave can reveal a large range of very suttle&nbsp;tastes. The three third of teas produced in Asia are localy consumed, meaning that only a fraction of the complete offer is available in&nbsp;western markets.</p><p><br />The purpose of Tea Project is to share this incredible richness and&nbsp;make the western world&nbsp;rediscover tea.
