Since I was spending most of my free time cooking, and loved it, why not try and make a living out of it ?!</p> <p> My friends and family enjoy my cooking, so I decided to bring it to a larger audience. Reaching a large audience, without focusing on the largest cities inhabitants, what does it better than a mobile kitchen, that meets the customers wherever they are ?!</em></p> <p>  </p> <p> <em><u><strong>Solidarity :</strong></u> I can't imagine working in a field deprived of these essential values : sharing, concern and support for my fellow human beings.</em></p> <p> <em>Perhaps you're already familiar with the concept called "caffé sospesso" ("hanging" coffee) ?</em></p> <p> <em>In Europe, you can pay ahead of time for a coffe/snack you don't consume, and leave it "hanging" (on pause), for people in need.</em></p> <p> <em>When they come into the place hosting that concept, the people in need ask if there's a "hanging coffe/snack" for them. They then proceed to eating/drinking whatever has been paid for up-front, by another wealthier luckier Customer.</em></p> <p> <em>I will honor the same concept by offering this service, with a "hanging sandwich" you can purchase for the benefit of others.</em></p> <p>  </p> <p> <em>I am curretly in touch with a French association called "Abribus".
