My name is Jennifer and I am an American expatriate living in the beautiful region of Auvergne, France. I moved to France in 2001 after meeting my husband (The Frenchy). We got married and 12 wonderful years later, we have two little girls and a thriving cupcake business. After years of working as a lectrice and becoming a stay at home mom, I decided to try to expand the definition of American pastry in France. I believe in the slow food movement and go to great pains to buy locally, eat clean and work and live in an environmentally responsible way.
