My name is Youssef Anastas. In June 2011, I graduated in Architecture at l’Ecole d’Architecture de la Ville et des Territoires, in Paris. I am currently pursuing my studies at l’Ecole des Ponts et Chaussées in Paris, aiming to graduate in civil engineering. I grew up in Bethlehem Palestine and I feel deeply involved in the issues concerning architecture and urbanization that my country faces. Stonesourcing Space is a multi-scale project as it is specific to building techniques in Palestine and to urban imminent stakes linked to the current situation. It is a project that emphasizes links between architecture, engineering and urban planing in the local context of Palestinian cities.
