The project






Starting this spring in the "Bas-Rhin" region, I'm proud to introduce :


The first "Chez Veg'Anne Good Truck" !






I replaced the word Food with Good, since my mission is to encourage people to eat healthy, nutritious and delicious food.


Inspired by my friends "Veggyvan" business, which has been serving the "Var" region for over 2 years now, I will offer Vegan meals in a large variety of choices, made for you in my mobile kitche and served on the go.


The principle of Vegan food is to respect every form of life, by using only natural ingrédients (no animal ingrédients).

My cooking is eco-friendly and has amazing benefits for your health and wellbeing.

Like Hippocrates used to say : "Let food be thy médicine".


My Good truck is equipped  with the latest modern amenities of a full kitchen, in order to deliver hearty meals, in a safe timely manner.


It is designed to be functional and efficient, as well as fully staffed, so as to keep your waiting time to a minimum.


You can still eat a healthy meal and stay within your busy Schedule !


From Food Truck to Good Truck = From Fast Food to Fast Good !


My meals on wheels will reach several destinations.


Lunch will be available on a regular basis, throughout Strasbourg, Illkirch, Molsheim, Obernai and more.

Dinner will be available on an occasional basis, in the "Vallée de la Bruche".










Chez Veg'Anne Good truck is also a catering service.


We deliver to your door, in the form of a private buffet, to cater your family reunions, birthday célébrations, weddings etc.


We also offer our services during various exhibits, organic trade fairs, concerts, festivals, gatherings etc.









What do you get to eat from my Good truck ?


Salads, grains... stones and grass ?

Yes, there will be salads, there will certainly be grains, and the stones and grass are just a joke, to echo the préconceptions people have, about plant-based cooking !


My main goal is to offer new and amazing flavors, and of course hearty fulfilling meals.

My flagship product will be the vegan burger !

Why ? Simply because a lot of you asked for it in my market study.


Later on, if my planning allows for extra time and creativity, I will introduce the "plat du jour" (dish of the day).


All the préparations will be homemade, and I will add some gluten-free options as well.

I will put an emphasis on including as much raw ingrédients as possible, grain-based préparations, and basic primary components in my daily recipes.












Who is Veg'Anne ?


That's me !

My name is Anne, I am 30 years-old and the mother of a 5 year-old princess.

We live in a small quiet village in the countryside, along with a dog and two bunnies (now you know almost everything about me !).


After being vegetarian for 7 years, I discovered the vegan way of life 2 years ago, and choose to explore this new and improved path.

My passion for plant-based food was born.


On year ago, I came up with an Idea. Since I was spending most of my free time cooking, and loved it, why not try and make a living out of it ?!

My friends and family enjoy my cooking, so I decided to bring it to a larger audience. The "Chez Veg'Anne Good tuck" was born













Veganism is a way of life that excludes all forms of exploitation and cruelty towards animals, in every possible area.

We don't ever eat, wear or exploit animals.

Which makes it essentially an ethical choice.

But it comes with quite an array of bonuses too, especially for your own health and the wellbeing of our planet.





In a nutshell, at Veg'anne, our mission is about :


Ethics: We're pro-life, without species distinction.

We also propote ethical Financial means, via the Ethic Bank (it's real...), from which we borrow our main loan (La NEF).


Organic supplies : We support the development of organic agriculture and local producers, using only seasonal fruits and vegetables.


Local currency : We will soon support our local economy, by using the "Stück".


Ethic is chic !


We're green and eco-friendly : Veg'Anne makes respecting the environment and nature, her biggest priority.


The environmental impact of using vegetal and natural food is minimal, compared to other modes.

We make a point at using only compostable packaging, biodegradable, recyclable and/or reusable supplies.


A sustainable meal is on its way !


We're all about your health : A biological vegan meal provides all the necessary nutrients you need, to enjoy a healthy lifestyle.

It also means a cholesterol, satureded fats, refined sugars and additives-free diet. It benefits dairy and/or eggs-intolerant people.


A vegetable delight !


Our meals suit everyone, regrdless of backgrounds ans religious eating habits.


The get-together meal...


Friendless and sharing : metting, chatting, exploring... Reaching a large audience, without focusing on the largest cities inhabitants, what does it better than a mobile kitchen, that meets the customers wherever they are ?!


Solidarity : I can't imagine working in a field deprived of these essential values : sharing, concern and support for my fellow human beings.

Perhaps you're already familiar with the concept called "caffé sospesso" ("hanging" coffee) ?

In Europe, you can pay ahead of time for a coffe/snack you don't consume, and leave it "hanging" (on pause), for people in need.

When they come into the place hosting that concept, the people in need ask if there's a "hanging coffe/snack" for them. They then proceed to eating/drinking whatever has been paid for up-front, by another wealthier luckier Customer.

I will honor the same concept by offering this service, with a "hanging sandwich" you can purchase for the benefit of others.


I am curretly in touch with a French association called "Abribus". Please do not hesitate to contact me if you need more information about it.


I'm also currently working on partnerships, whith local animal welfare structures, such as Animalsace, L214, 269 Life, to name a few.


A fancy "Bobo" trend ? NOT AT ALL !


From students with a tight budget, to grandmothers shopping at the local market or even the latest "Yuppies" in a rush, everybody is welcome to eat at Veg'Anne.

Why fund it?

So I'm willing to invest all my time, energy and yes... money ! In this wonderful project. I feel like I've finally found my true call.

To embark on this new adventure and chapter of my life, I will need all the support and Financial help I can get.


The total financing of this project comes to aboute 60 000Euros.

As of today, I'm still missing 12 000 Euros (roughly 13 000 US dollars), in order to complete the financing of Chez Veg'Anne.


This amount when it's reached, will be fully put towards financing parts of the equipped truck (a fully equiped truck costs about 40 000 Euros).


I will take care of covering any remaining expenses with my own budget, and a not-so-gracious loan from the bank (I have to pay for the expensive "kisskissbankbank" déductions !).


I am already in the process of creating this mobile kitchen, with the help of my friends and my own, good old "elbow grease" ! We're aiming at getting the best standardized and fully equipped kitchen indeed, including :

Fridge, Dishwasher, Oven, Juice Extractor, Fries Cutter, and much more.


What if the campaign exceeds the target (one can always dream) ?

I could add :

One Professional citrus press (2 000 Euros)

One pro "sous-vide" vacuum machine (2 000 Euros )

One expresso machine (500 Euros)
