She finds refuge in the home of Charlot. They then explore the post-apocalyptic landscape that surrounds them while born a fragile affection. After dark, disturbing lights are reappearing, forcing them to flee…</p> <p>  </p> <p> <strong>LETTER OF INTENT</strong></p> <p>  </p> <p> "500 years old, has Tone" is primarily a love song to the memory of a melancholic and luminous past history, engraved forever in this melody. To embody this story I chose an imaginary couple. A modern and timeless woman - mythical and eternal - Lippie - who meets a fictional character - Charlot. These two figures, despite their differences, will accompany each other in their wanderings as to protect themselves from the hostile world, and try to flee to another place. The universe of the film is dreamlike, timeless, sometimes even disturbing. In the first part of the film, the image is without artifice, and we stay close to the characters. We will focus on their looks, their gestures, that will feed the secret of their silent interactions. Then, as they wander, the camera moves away gradually to reveal vast natural settings. The use of slow motion images will work on visual memory fantasized by memories and feelings / emotions they entail. The day sequences will be filmed in color during the twilight hours, allowing us to maintain the dreamy atmosphere originally set up by the black and white sequences at dusk. The result will be a hybrid film, as hybrid as the combination of our two characters: a couple that everything oppose but transcended by their dichotomy. They encounter the time of this song.
