Mina Blue first album " SAME MISTAKES"

EN Hi everyone, let me introduce myself: I'm Mina Blue, an independent Italian singer-songwriter. I have been living in Brussels for almost 4 years and for 8 years I have left Rome, my city, to experience the life of the street artist. It was the best choice I could have made because it made me a happy person, full of the will to live and share my heart through what I do best: music. The street has given me so much and not only in economic terms but also and above all from a psychological point of view. I started believing in myself and in my music again and I started self-producing. Many of you have asked me why I don't participate in "The voice" and I repeat once again: I am unable to participate in television programs that I do not believe in. I don't like being exploited and television is the representation of this exploitation. To be happy I have to listen and respect myself, I want to be free to make music without too much corruption. That's why I'm on the street, because it's a great way to get known, make some money and get gigs. I'm really trying my best but unfortunately the pandemic has not spared anyone and there have been many problems. My finances have definitely gone down and I can't put aside resources to invest in the album. I've been wanting to produce my first album in English for years and I'm finally doing it and I can't wait to play it for you but I really need all of you RIGHT NOW. Crowdfunding seemed to me the only possible choice to have the necessary resources for the production of the album. For those who don't know me, I'm not just a singer but I write my own music, lyrics and I create the arrangement myself. I have external collaborators though. I'm not good with informatics so I'm working with Federico Fontana, who records me and who will also be my bassist and multi-instrumentalist during the live shows. On my album there will also be some musicians, who I will call to play some parts for me when I deem it necessary and I will have to pay whoever will eventually take care of the mixing and mastering. Cover artwork is another necessary and important expense. After the album, I have to think about the videoclip for the single that I will use for the promotion of the album and I will collaborate with an Italian filmmaker who lives in Dublin. Music is so beautiful but how expensive it is !! ;-) I really wanted to do it all by myself but I can't make it and I need the support of as many people as possible. I will keep you super informed about the realization of the album and all the steps that I will be able to do thanks to your donations. Thanks for your attention and spread the word. Je vis à Bruxelles depuis bientôt 4 ans et depuis 8 ans j'ai quitté Rome, ma ville, pour vivre la vie du street artiste. C'était le meilleur choix que j'aurais pu faire car elle a fait de moi une personne heureuse, pleine de volonté de vivre et de partager mon cœur à travers ce que je fais le mieux : la musique. La rue m'a beaucoup apporté et pas seulement d'un point de vue économique mais aussi et surtout d'un point de vue psychologique. J'ai recommencé à croire en moi et en ma musique et j'ai commencé à m'autoproduire. Vous êtes nombreux à me demander pourquoi je ne participe pas à "The Voice " et je le répète encore une fois : je suis incapable de participer à des émissions de télévision auxquelles je ne crois pas. Je n'aime pas être exploité et la télévision en est la représentation de cette exploitation. Pour être heureuse je dois m'écouter et me respecter, je veux être libre de faire de la musique sans trop de corruption. C'est pourquoi je suis dans la rue, parce que c'est un excellent moyen de se faire connaître, de gagner de l'argent et d'obtenir des concerts. Je fais vraiment de mon mieux mais malheureusement la pandémie n'a épargné personne et il y a eu beaucoup de problèmes. Mes finances ont définitivement baissé et je ne peux pas mettre de côté des ressources pour investir dans l'album. Je voulais produire mon premier album en anglais depuis des années et je le fais enfin et j'ai hâte de le jouer pour vous mais j'ai vraiment besoin de vous tous MAINTENANT. Le crowdfunding me semblait le seul choix possible pour avoir les ressources nécessaires à la production de l'album. Pour ceux qui ne me connaissent pas, je ne suis pas qu'un chanteuse mais j'écris ma propre musique, mes paroles et je crée moi-même l'arrangement. J'ai cependant des collaborateurs externes. Je ne suis pas doué en informatique donc je travaille avec Federico Fontana, qui m'enregistre et qui sera aussi mon bassiste et multi-instrumentiste lors des concerts. Sur mon album il y aura aussi des musiciens, que j'appellerai pour me jouer des parties quand je le jugerai nécessaire et je devrai payer celui qui s'occupera éventuellement du mixage et du mastering. Les illustrations de couverture ( artwork) sont une autre dépense nécessaire et importante. Après l'album, je dois penser au clip du single que j'utiliserai pour la promotion de l'album et je collaborerai avec un cinéaste italien qui vit à Dublin. La musique c'est tellement beau mais comme c'est cher !! ;-) Je voulais vraiment tout faire moi-même mais je n'y arrive pas et j'ai besoin du soutien du plus grand nombre.
