<p> <em>The plan is to introduce this app in France before offering it in other countries.  </em></p> <p> <em>France is world's first tourist destination. Have you always been well received, helped and advised when you were shopping in the country?</em>   </p> <p>  </p> <p> <strong>This free mobile application is profitable to two main parties: </strong></p> <p> 1. <strong>Local merchants  </strong>who offer their best products/services (quality of care, advice, products, ...)</p> <p> 2. <strong>Passing tourists </strong>or <strong>newcomers</strong> benefit from this app and can review their visited places. </p> <p>  </p> <p> <img alt="P1" src="https://kkbb-production.s3.amazonaws.com/uploads/project_image/image/52658/P1.png">  </p> <p>  </p> <p> The system of  rating is based on <strong>4 criteria</strong>: Hosting - Advising - Choice  - Location.</p> <p> The maximum score for each item is 5. If the total score is below 10, the opinion is not broadcasted (this prevents the  bad ratings between merchants themselves).    </p> <p> The voter may also leave a <strong>short comment</strong> (max. 40 characters), just an appreciation and not a positive or negative boom like you see sometimes on other websites. Voters are identified by their e-mail addresses.</p> <p>  </p> <p> Each email address can vote only once for one merchant but can vote for as many different shops as possible.
