<p><strong>                                                          Hello !</strong>  </p><p> </p><p><em>My name is <strong>Laura Pettenati</strong>, I am 25 years old, this project is the first documentary film I create, it will be a boost for my professional career as a documentary filmmaker.</em></p><p> </p><p>In order to meet the needs of the association Tizi Nd'Oc and of its Moroccan partners, <strong>I wish to make a documentary</strong> to uncover their culture to as many people as possible. TiziNd’Oc is active in the region of Toulouse and supports development associations and a young women's cooperative in the Moroccan Middle Atlas.</p><p> </p><p><strong>The film will celebrate the 10 years anniversary of the association! </strong>It will highlight its activities and bring a new dynamic.</p><p> </p><p><strong>The goal of this fund raising is to acquire sound recording, image storage and processing equipment </strong>in order to complete the project with the highest quality possible. </p><p> </p><p><em>The amount indicated is the minimum necessary for the first stage of the project: shooting and assembly of the documentary. If this amount is exceeded, it will be used to finance post-production. </em></p><p> </p><p><strong><em>Thank you in advance for your support, lets embark on this great adventure!</em></strong></p><p> </p><p><img alt="Img-4-1496678195" src="https://d3v4jsc54141g1.cloudfront.net/uploads/project_image/image/430855/IMG-4-1496678195.jpg"></p><p> </p><p> </p><p><strong>                                                      THE PROJECT </strong></p><p> </p><p>My project is to<strong> produce a 20-minute documentary about the actions of the TiziNd'Oc solidarity association in the Moroccan Middle Atlas</strong> and more precisely in a territory located between the villages of El Ksiba, Zaouit Cheikh and Naour.</p><p>After presenting the association and its objectives, the film will highlight ancestral traditions and knowledge that are perpetuated and transmitted from generation to generation, especially by women (culinary arts, weaving, etc.).</p><p>It will showcase the dynamism of a young women's cooperative (Yamna Cooperative supported by TiziNd'Oc) which values its know-how while bringing its own innovations. </p><p>It will focus on the potential of solidarity-based <strong>eco-tourism</strong> in this territory, which has a great diversity of landscapes and is marked by a strong authenticity, having escaped mass tourism. It will present the <strong>Ourthane cottage</strong>, dedicated to eco-tourism for several years as well as more recent associative lodgings managed by the <strong>Union of Development Associations of Naour</strong> (UAND). She talks about the activities and projects of the association.</p><p><strong> </strong></p><p><strong>Lahcen Farhi</strong></p><p>Lahcen is the co-founder and vice-president of the TiziNd'Oc association. He is also a witness, having grown up in the region, emigrating to France when he was 13 years old. He shares his experiences, his feelings, the heart of the region.</p><p><strong> </strong></p><p><strong>Mouna Yakobi </strong></p><p>Mouna has a lot of experience and knowledge of ancestral practices. She runs traditional weaving and culinary arts workshops in Morocco.</p><p><strong> </strong></p><p><strong>Itto Ouamou </strong></p><p>Itto is the founder and President of the women's cooperative YAMNA in the village of Zaouiat Cheikh. She talks about the creation of the cooperative and the women who are involved in it and about the products they make with care.</p><p><strong> </strong></p><p><strong>Houssa Yakobi</strong></p><p>Houssa, is a local heritage researcher, is also manager of the Ourthane eco-tourism lodge. He also coordinates the actions of TiziNd'Oc in Morocco and talks about the treasures of the local heritage, as well as his experience in eco-tourism.</p><p><strong> </strong></p><p><strong>Mohamed Karbi </strong></p><p>Mohamed is President (Mayor) of the municipality of Elksiba and was President of the UADN association. She is the documentarist and operator in charge of the creation of the project, from scenario to post production processes.</p><p> </p><p><strong>Coordinator</strong></p><p><strong>Houssa Yakobi</strong> is the coordinator, translator and reference in terms of local heritage for writing the script. He will be in charge of the logistics, the organization and the facilitation of the exchanges during the various interviews in Morocco.</p><p> </p><p><strong>Sound and Light Operator </strong></p><p><strong>Romain Lefebvre </strong>(20 years old) is a student in Brussels, planning a career in cinema. He accompanies the documentary filmmaker in the various tasks during the shooting: sound, lighting, etc.</p><p> </p><p><strong>Assistants</strong></p><p><strong>Nehza El Gharbaoui </strong>(25 years old), the treasurer of the YAMNA cooperative, and her brother <strong>Abdelwahed </strong>(28 years old), are the assistants in charge of accompanying the documentary filmmaker.</p>
