According to a study of the Clinical Infectious Diseases it is formally established and scientifically demonstrated that despite the wearing of the mask the contaminations in the transport took place up to 75 % after one hour. The 7'AIR has been designed to purify your air during your travels in car. We have readapted the UV-C LEDs used in our French patented LOD technology in the 7'AIR. This Certified and Tested Technology allows to purify the air at 99% in only 20 minutes. Thus, the germs are simply destroyed. This avoids the constraint of a filter (WITHOUT FILTER) infested with viruses to change regularly. Less health risk and less expense! The lighting consists of a silent suction turbine that conducts the contaminated air into a Reactor Armed with three UV-C LED strips. This armed disinfection reactor is neither accessible nor visible to humans and therefore no harmful radiation comes out of the lighting. The wavelength used by our LOD strip (265 nm) guarantees a use without air denaturation and without ozone release. The toxic air is sucked in thanks to a silent suction turbine. It is purify thanks to the UV-C confined in the 7'AIR then rejected without being denaturated, without rejecting ozone or other oxidant. Simple, efficient and safe operation. After several unsuccessful attempts, we wondered what is finally common in all cars? The cup holder ! You know, that little hollow storage where you usually put everything and anything : your keys, business cards or candy! What if it could be used to purify the air ? Present in every vehicle, of standard size and located in the front center position, it is the ideal place to position ourAir Purifier. Your air purifier is simple in design. This allows us to offer you a quality product, safe (avoids malfunctions) and at low cost. The 7'AIRis divided into 8 distinct parts: The cigarette lighter connection Three strips of UV-C LEDs A silent suction turbine The body of the 7'AIR A cooler The choice of the silent suction turbine was our first problem. Indeed, we had two constraints: To obtain a sufficient suction The noise After long research and several unsuccessful attempts, we opted for a very powerful silent suction system capable of handling up to 7 m³ and particularly quiet since it only produces 15.4 dB (i.e. where the human ear starts to distinguish sounds). The second was the Connection. We thought long and hard about the ideal connection. Many vehicles are indeed equipped with USB plug, much more in the air of time. However, we preferred the cigarette lighter connection for two reasons: Their presence in all vehicles, recent or not The voltage. Indeed, a USB plug has a voltage of 5 V. Too little to make the 7'AIR work. On the other hand, a cigarette lighter plug offers a voltage of 12 V! A sufficient power for the 7'AIR. However, depending on your vehicle, these are not all accessible in the same way. Therefore, we had to present you a versatile cigarette lighter connection. The little extra : the 7'AIR will be available as an option with a classic power outlet ! Yes , you read that right! The7'AIR, benefits from a unique design method. Ten 3D printers worth 7000€ each will work 24/7 to create as quickly as possible a large number of your favorite air purifiers 7'AIR. Here you can see in details how the 3D printing works and the meticulousness of the two blocks that lock the ends of the 7'AIR. Indeed, part of the pieces of the 7'AIR are composed of solid parts in polymers and advanced composite materials. 3D printing allows us to have a very high level of precision and thus an increased level of quality on each of our parts for an optimal final result. In addition, this manufacturing method allows us to carry out tests and modifications quickly and simply in-house. P3/P4 laboratory VIR NEXT French TV shooting at VirNext Laboratory regarding LOD'AIR Tests The laboratory in which the LOD'AIR were tested is the only high securityresearch laboratory(biosafety level 3 laboratory - P3/P4) in France and in Europe that is able to : Generate experimentally a highly contaminated, quantified, qualified and reproducible atmosphere Carry out qualitative, quantitative and representative evaluations of a daily environment in large volumes, in order to prove, in a reproducible way, the effectiveness and the performances of decontamination technologies: UVC, filtration, photocatalysis... Our different LOD'AIR solutions have an air purification efficiency of 99%. The 7'AIR, also equipped with this technology, has the same efficiency. The 7'AIRhas a defined purification efficiency of Log 2. During air sanitization, the microorganism is "deactivated", in other words, it is cleaned. There are different levels of deactivation. These are often expressed as "Log" reductions: Log 1 reduction = 90% deactivation Log 2 reduction = 99% deactivation What are UV-C? UV-C is the most energetic and harmful short-wave ultraviolet radiation. In daylight, UV-C rays are practically undetectable. Very dark, they are part of the so-called black light rays. This energy gives them a considerable power of alteration on the biological molecules, they are thus used for their germicidal activity. UV-C rays are blocked by the ozone layer to 100%. Microorganisms are not able to develop an immune defense. In contact with these UV rays, they are completely destroyed to 99%. They send signals that disintegrate by solar radiation. This system has been used since 1801 by scientists and doctors for its sterilizing properties. Known to disinfect our drinking water as well as our operating rooms, microorganisms tested to date react to UVC radiation. Inside the 7'AIR - Activation of the device The 7'AIR keeps the sanitizing efficiency of UV-C by integrating them directly into a purification tunnel. Our different solutions have been classified in risk group 0, i.e. with a zero photobiological risk. There is no danger linked to the exposure of the user to the UV-C present in the 7'AIR.
