<p>In the heart of Tavira, a friendly place to taste and buy some delicious french cheeses and the finest portuguese organic wines. A tasty shop where organic will be in highlights.</p> <p><img alt="" src="https://d3v4jsc54141g1.cloudfront.net/uploads/project_image/image/675917/Tavira_algarve_portugal-1595427338.jpg" width="100%" /></p> <h3><strong>Who are we&nbsp;?</strong></h3> <p>We are a french couple, Ga&euml;lle and Guillaume, we have been living in Algarve for 8 years. In 2015 we have created a company to promote and distribute the portuguese organic, biodynamic and natural wines in our region. Our clients are mainly restaurants, bars and a few organic groceries. We are missing widely our favourite Comt&eacute;, Saint-Nectaire and others Crottins de Chavignol&nbsp;! And we are not the only one&nbsp;! Located in the Ria Formosa natural park, it&#39;s a very dynamic and touristic town.</p> <p>The shop will be divided into three sections&nbsp;:</p> <h3><strong>1 &ndash; Cheese by the slice:</strong></h3> <p>On a nice refrigerated display, we will present mainly french cheeses (handcrafted, raw milk and organic) but also a meticulous selection of local products, spanish manchegos, mozzarellas, burattas and more, always according the seasons. More than offering you the finest portuguese terroir wines, we will provide you competent advice to help your choice between more than 100 references.</p> <p><img alt="" src="https://d3v4jsc54141g1.cloudfront.net/uploads/project_image/image/675638/vins_sans_sulfites-1595173418.jpg" width="100%" /></p> <p>A few wines without added sulfites.</p> <h3><strong>3 &ndash; The grocery :</strong></h3> <p>We will present a range of gourmet produtcs with carefully selected portuguese honeys and olive oils, spices, organic teas, chocolate, coffee and more. We would be very delighted to share this values with you, in a small place alike to ours, without dogmatism, focused on the pleasure of good food and drinks, in the respect of the nature and biodiversity.</p> <h3><strong>The terrace :</strong></h3> <p>You will be pleased to sit on our small shady terrace, enjoying a glass of very nice (organic) wine or a bottle if you are with friends, eventually combined with a cheese board from our selection.
