Köra MUSIC VIDEO for single 'Dime' (+ Mix & Mastering)

I. Background & Story After living in Buenos Aires for 16 years, I moved to Paris to study and work at the age of 18. I recently finished my Master's Degree at Sciences Po. My whole life I was surrounded by music. My father showed me the rock classics (he made me see 'The Wall' when I was 6) and my mother put a violin in my hands when I was only one year and a half. While growing up I was always playing music: I studied violin until I moved to Paris and during my violin years I played during 6 years in an orchestra, performing all over the country. I studied piano as well, first with a professor and then in the conservatory Manuel de Falla, where I had music theory lessons (composing, harmony, musical writing). I started doing singing lessons when I was 12 because I realized I enjoyed that more than anything. I still have lessons today here in Paris. When I was 13, I decided to accompany my voice with a guitar, so I took guitar lessons (electric and then acoustic). I did many performances with different rock bands that I had (when I was 13 to 16 years old). We would sing covers like Californication, Last Nite, Seven Nation Army, Wonderwall, etc. in bars and sweet sixteen parties (videos do exist and you can see them upon request), and this is how it started. I never really listened to only one type of music, and all my new songs belong to different music genres. The guitar is my main tool to compose today. For example, I used it to create "Moon" from scratch. https://open.spotify.com/track/0N3F95Cd8wVF343EeC1k20?si=d9373abee246434f In terms of releases, I already released a first rock EP and many singles and featurings (available in Spotify, Deezer, Apple Music, Amazon Music, Napster, Tidal, Youtube, Soundcloud). I write all the lyrics, in French, Spanish and English, I compose the melodies and I create the instrumentals. Since 2019, I collaborated with many artists. The Argentinian artist Maxi Trusso validated my singing skills by including me in his new song "Personality" (coming soon, pre-launch video available here). I also worked with beatmakers like Brolence (FR), JsapDaMusikNerd (US), Mr Makmax (UK), Corbillardgang (FR) and artists like Ricky Rondo (BE), Vafi (FR), Serabeu (FR), Mesmer (FR), The Welcome (FR) Ciprés (AR), Waiky (VEN). You can find all my songs and social media accounts in my Linktree: https://linktr.ee/koraofficial. In terms of performances, my last ones where at La Dama de Bollini, an iconic bar in Buenos Aires where Borges and Charly García performed, at IRM.radio, at a Gala organised by the Major of Sarcelles, and at the first IDFM Radio 98FM concert, amongst others. I just finished my new project (started in 2020). I made more than 15 songs and they belong to genres like latino/dance, pop, rnb, acoustic rock of course and electro. They will be released one by one, starting with "Dime". II. Dime A. The song I was surfing on Beatstars when I fell into this marvellous and lovely Beat by 8qsquare : It took me only 20 minutes to find the right melody, I was so absorbed by the amazing tunes and the party vibes. B. The lyrics This will be my first solo Reggaeton release. It is fully in Spanish and talks about love. I wrote it for my crush in 2020, the lyrics basically say "tell me that it is me who you want". Who would not want tot heart that, right? The song describes indirectly a situationship where the guy is giving the bare minimum to a girl to keep her attached, without committing or being genuinely "on board". Many people use this technique in order to have a someone available without having the "chains" of a serious relationship, making the other person believe that he is here because it gives the minimum amount of attention required and thus giving (false?) hope and expectations. The narrator, the singer, is the girl involved and she is telling her point of view, what she feels. I believe this song is a good way to display the emotions and discomfort of a person who is going through this kind of relationship. However, the vibe is still positive because she si giving kind of an ultimatum to the guy when she asks him to tell her what he wants at once. C. The music video I invested in the iPhone 13 Pro in order to start making my music videos myself, and was in charge as well of the hair, the makeup and the styling. Having worked in fashion before, I used my knowledge in order to make it work. I am therefore the DA of all my clips. For references, I was also the DA of my first clip "Out" (please refer to III). This clip is a Reggaeton and Urban vibes clip. There is an amazing villa in Mykonos, a party atmosphere in the Town Center and lots of cuts where you can see various Greek landscapes through the roadtrip. In three words: holidays, love and party. D. The style : In terms of aesthetic, I went for two looks based on what I usually wear. There is a day streetwear look using one hoodie from one of my favourite French designer brands. I mixed some of my black clothes to create a mix & match and complemented it with the hoodie, mon "coup de coeur". It is a look I would wear on the street and in the villa. It is definitely me and my current style, and the clothes are an actual part of my usual wear. The black dress is on my wardrobe since I lived in Argentina. I had an instant crush on it when I saw it in the outlet store of my favourite Argentinian brand. I was so happy with it I still put it on and will do so until it breaks. It is feminine while dark and mysterious. I actually wore it on Mykonos in the city center so I filmed as well but I stayed loyal to my personal style. III. The Team A. The Mix & Mastering John Makabi is a recognised producer working for WMG. He produced artists like Jason Derulo, Tayc, Aya Nakamura, Bianca Costa, Romy Rose... B. The editing AA Production is a music video production company who has worked with many artists. You can see their work here. I chose them for my first clip "Out" because they worked with a friend of mine and I liked his clip. I loved what they did with it and the clip had a lot of success on Instagram (+3000 followers since its release, data available upon request). You can see it here: I am really happy with their work. Therefore, I am choosing them again for "Dime".

À quoi servira la collecte

IV. The Budget : 700€ Mix & Mastering : 600€. Clip editing : 100€ (instead of 200€ since they also edited "Out" and I purchased a pack). Risks and challenges There are no risks as I already filmed all the clips and they have been validated by AA Productions. The song has been validated by the different producers I work with (CorbillardGang, Vafi, Tkilla) and will be Mixed by a recognised producer so there are no risks. There won't be schedule risks since I already contacted the team and they booked time to work on the song.
