Univize: The TripAdvisor for universities!

We're Felix and Kenan and we want to help students find the right university!</p><p> </p><p>From our experience as university students, we realized that choosing a university is hard, but choosing the <strong><em>right</em></strong> one is even harder. Together, we’ve studied all over the world, ranging from the Netherlands, Hong Kong, Singapore, and even Ireland. But no matter where we went, we always encountered the same problem:</p><p> </p><p><strong>Our expectations of what university would be like never really matched the reality.</strong></p><p> </p><p>And after speaking with thousands of students from across the world, we realized that we weren’t the only ones feeling this way. So we created Univize to help solve this problem: to help students find the right university that best matches their personal goals, needs, and expectations.</p><p> </p><p><img alt="What_is_univize-1510324852" src="https://d3v4jsc54141g1.cloudfront.net/uploads/project_image/image/465571/What_is_Univize-1510324852.PNG"></p><p> </p><p>Univize is an online platform that <strong>connects prospective university students with current university students.</strong> On Univize, prospective students can speak with current students and ask all their questions about courses, housing, or the overall student life at a particular university. The more points they earn, the more rewards they can unlock!</p><p> </p><p><img alt="What_makes_univize_different-1510326577" src="https://d3v4jsc54141g1.cloudfront.net/uploads/project_image/image/465584/What_Makes_Univize_Different-1510326577.PNG"></p><p> </p><p>In contrast to websites that just provide static information about rankings and statistics, Univize gives students the possibility to <strong>find out about the “inside” information (e.g. course load, nightlife, etc.)</strong> that’s impossible to know without speaking to current university students. </p><p> </p><p>Not only is Univize valuable for prospective students, but also for current university students. Our current metrics show that we are on the right track, but this is where we need your help!</p>
