A young PE teacher, specialized in athletics, gathered a dozen of young athletes in his hometown of Chiguayante in the South of Chile, and has been training them 4 or 5 days a week for over a year.

In Februray of 2018, they founded their own athletics club, named CLUB DEPORTIVO SAN PABLO. All registered in the Chiliean Athletics Federation, some of them already are in the first places in the regional tournament and four of them participate in the national tournament. They usually train in Chiguayante's city stadium, and sometimes in the neighbor big city of Concepción stadium.

These adolescents are truly discovering what pain in the gain means, not only on the athletics tracks, but in realizing what is indispensable to high-level athletics training : starting blocks, hurdles, training scales, cones, disks, javelins, etc. They also became aware of the costs of competition registration, transports and lodging, etc.

Thanks to their enthusiasm, they involved their parents and families in this adventure and they have been applying to government funding. There's a high possibility of obtaining funding starting August 2018.

Unfortunately, tournaments don't wait and the need for material is urgent. One of these young athletes is my fourteen-year-old daughter. She asked me if I had ideas to raise funds to hold until August 2018, and I thought of this young filrm director we all helped as a comunity in the making of his first short film. Kisskissbankbank has its way of gathering people that don't know each other around projects that are meaningfull to them. So, I answered to my daughter that we would put our trust in a community much bigger than our hometown of Chiguayante. And here we go !
