He first enjoyed baking along with his Grandmother, making puff pastry. Clément is looking forward to baking sumptuous cakes and sharing their individual stories with you.</p><p> </p><p><strong>Matthieu </strong>is a mischievous young man fond of terroir and quality products. It was in the US where Clément fell in love with speciality coffee, and warm and welcoming coffee shops. Soon, the idea of opening his own place in his hometown was brewing in his mind! Matthieu and Clémence, who were just waiting for that special call from Clément, thereafter shortly came on board.</p><p>We strive to source only local and quality-oriented products (for example full-fat milk from the Ferme des peupliers, a small farm 20 km away from Rouen) while being as environmentally-focused as possible. </p><p> </p><p><u><strong>WHAT'S UP AT THE MOMENT?</strong></u></p><p> </p><p>Our premises are located right in Rouen's historic centre. It is now a clothing store so there is a lot of work to do to change it!
