Not enough Hard/Heavy rock bands in your city? Country? Or even in the rest of the world? If so, know that we too are fed up with that, and that’s what we’re here for! It’s the style of music we are passionate about and we would be crushed to see it disappear. When we think Hard Rock we see further than Highway To Hell or Smoke On The Water. Ok, these songs are classics and we love them but we don’t want to fall in the trap of copy/paste. Hence why we offer a sound in between 80's Hard rock e.g.:Extreme, Van Halen, Skid Row, and today’s Steel panther, adding to the mix our heavy influences to give it our own modern touch. Who are we ?

Sadhayena is a Hard Rock / Metal band composed of Martin (guitar), Amir (lead vocals) , Romain (bass) and Théo (drums).

Sadhayena was formed in September 2014 in Nantes (France). The band originally covered songs from their favorite bands, ranging from 80’s Hard Rock to Glam Metal, to which they added their own heavy modern touch. From then on, they naturally and quickly started their own compositions, mainly inspired by the Hard Rock scene.

I - OUR JOURNEY

(About the picture : It is important to know that at that time we were looking for a lead singer, therefore, we had to ensure the lead singing by ourselves. We also had the desire to get our music known on social media.)

In September 2015, we were still teenagers when we recorded "Dirty Lies" in our bedrooms. We also recorded a short video clip using cuts from several live performances.

In April 2016 - after the band started taking off, today’s drummer joined, and after many shows in Nantes (Ferrailleur, Scène Michelet) - we had the opportunity to record «Misery Dance» in collaboration with Rennes’ ESRA school for free.

After that, Sadhayena kept performing shows in several French cities such as Rennes and Paris. In October 2016, we welcomed our last member, the famous, experienced and talented Amir Drogo as our lead singer. His melodic and energic voice brings a lot to our songs. With our new line up, we are ready to lead things further and take on what’s coming next ;)

II - OUR PROJECT : THE ALBUM !!

After playing more than 20 shows to this day, we wish to record our first album in order to, AT LAST, provide our fans with studio quality tracks but also to keep growing in the music world, our passion!

It’s every band’s dream to have the opportunity to record an album, so if you wish to, please help us make this dream come true and we garanty you won’t be disapointed with the outcome :D

The album will contain 10 tracks, some of which already are on youtube, brought up to date and re-worked with our new singer Amir’s lead singing. We hope this will please our existing as well as our new fans. Some of these tracks many of you may already know from our gigs, but many of them are unreleased tracks recently written, which make this album new and unique for us and for you. We will commit our heart and soul to this album, you can be sure of it ;)

Recording will kick off in March 2017 at the Vamacara studio, Studio, Nantes, France.
