KITSUNE BURGERS, a new homemade fusion burger restaurant

🔥🎉🥁Put your hands up! Here we are! 🥁🎉🔥 We found THE place we've been looking for so long! This little gem is located on the area of the "la Grand Place" in the center of Brussels! A neighborhood we love and know well, having opened a pop-up there last year. The place is perfect! The right location, we'll have 35 seats, a kitchen completely open to the room and in a few weeks this place should be packed with bright, well-mannered and elegant people. Like you! 😜 Currently the local is under construction and today, we need your help to open it! For those who are not yet familiar with the project: KITSUNE BURGERS is a vegan, homemade burger restaurant that aims to be the perfect meeting between the soft, generous, gourmet Californian burger and the delicate, harmonious, refined Asian flavors. We are Pauline & Guillaume, both passionate about street food and plant-based cuisine, we created and then tested this project in successive pop-ups in Brussels for 2 years. We are now taking the next step by creating our restaurant permanently. Our kitchen brings together burger lovers and vegetarian and vegan people. We work with raw and local products as much as possible. All in a colourful and comforting settings that encourages travel and relaxation.
