Who are we ?

Let us introduce ourselves : Amélie 32 years old and Clémence 26 years old

We are two sisters, a brunette (the eldest) and a blond (the youngest), you can’t be mistaken.

Between us there is Pauline, she is light brown haired, but has nothing to do with our project. Her thingy is more about accounting… Yeah, we get what you are thinking right now…

Come on, let’s focus again…

We are two youjng moms, with very young children, who are launching a crazy ass company.

We joined forces to create and co-preside:

Loire Events, will be in charge of all the events in the Château de l’Oiseliniere. It is located near the Sèvre river, in Gorges close to Nantes. It used to be the hunting house of Olivier V de Clisson, but now it is a well-known (worldwide) Muscadet (white wine) making property.

France 3 and France 2 (two french TV channels) both came to the property (the first for a cultural tv show called “Des racines et des ailes”, and the second one to film a movie called “Le sang de la vigne”) which is a French listed building.

Our Project

In order to galvanize the Château de l’Oiseliniere; which has been a wine making property since 1635; we want to build an exceptional function room. The chateau does not have at the moment a room large enough to welcome big events.

The Muscadet wine appellation have been in economic and climate trouble since many years and wine is not enough to ensure the survival of the estate and its workers.

We need to diversify now !

We would like to buy an orangery to host weddings, private events, corporation events in the Chateau’s gardens surrounded by the vines.

what’s an orangery

The Orangery is a very novel function structure.

Allying glass and steel, it creates a bright and spacious area.

Our Orangery, which will be a unforgettable and magical place , will have a double roof (as you can see in the picture) and a nice wooden floor (for dancing). In the back of the room there will be a kitchen (for the caterer) and restrooms.

What's have already be done:

We bought the Orangerie.

Development works will begin by the end of this month !! This is how it will evolve:

Step 1: Digging and concrete

Step 2: It dries

Step 3: l'Orangerie comes with it trucks and they start building it

Step 4: They will need 3 mont for that

Step 5: Most important of all this step... It is know in you hands KissBankers!!
