OS AMIGOS - Creation of a French pastry coffee shop in Burgau - Portugal

We are happy to announce that we have already found the perfect location for our shop, which is a big step forward! The fundraising we have started will help us to start the renovation work and to buy the necessary equipment. Our vision is to be open for the summer season of 2023. The space we have chosen was previously a restaurant, and we plan to transform it into a charming pastry and coffee shop. With the first funds raised, which amount to €15,000 (and thanks to your generous support), we will be able to redo the kitchen and the shop. We will create a sales counter in the shop area, providing a welcoming space for our customers, and in the kitchen area we will be able to install a kitchen to the standards. We are grateful for your support in this project and look forward to welcoming you to our shop once the work is completed. If we reach our second goal of raising €20,000, it will enable us to purchase a professional oven and coffee machine for our shop. This equipment is essential for making our pastries and providing our customers with a high quality coffee experience. With your help and support, if we reach our third goal of raising €25,000, we will be able to purchase a display case to showcase our delicious pastries, as well as a professional mixer to help us prepare our creations. This equipment will be an important investment for our shop, allowing us to provide high quality products to our customers and create delicious pastries efficiently. We are really grateful for every contribution, big or small, that will help us to realize our dream. If, thanks to your incredible support and love of pastries, we can exceed our third target of €25,000 we will be able to purchase other essential equipment to ensure that our delicious pastries are made. We plan to invest in a refrigerated tower to store our fresh ingredients, a freezer to store our frozen creations, and a rolling mill to prepare our dough. This equipment will be of great value to our shop, allowing us to maintain the high standards of quality we aim for. We would like to point out that as part of our fundraising, an 8% share will be paid to KissKissBankBank, the participative financing platform we have chosen to help us realise our project. Moreover, if we do not manage to reach the first level of €15,000, your donations will be fully refunded.
