<p><strong>Land of the heart- Autonomy for a serene future</strong></p> <p><br /> &nbsp;</p> <p><strong>PROJECT:</strong></p> <p>Here is our project. A project that does not only include the poetry of a life in harmony with nature but also the necessity and will to change what got humanity and all living to this place to begin with.</p> <p>We are a familly that is dedicated to living the change we want to see in the world and for all humans.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>FOOD:</strong></p> <p>The idea is simple, guarantee food all through the year we want <strong>to plant hundreds of fruit trees, hundred of bushes</strong> such as rasberries, blueberries...&nbsp; all while preserving nature and the ressources present on the land we would like to participate with our community providing seasonal vegetables all year.</p> <p>We will be installing a <strong>greenhouse of 60m2</strong>.<br /> To stock our production in good conditions we will be building a <strong>small building of 32m2.</strong></p> <p><br /> <strong>INSPIRATION:</strong></p> <p>In the ecological and political context of the world at this moment there are many people wanting to change their lifestyle for a more sustainable model. This connection to the earth having been interrupted people are unsure whether or not they are capable or whether they can still do this.<br /> &nbsp;<br /> The dream is to be able<strong> to accompany others on their way</strong>, and for this we want to <strong>build two small cabins to be able to offer our knowledge and skills to have them dive deep into this lifestyle.</strong></p> <p><br /> <strong>SHARE:</strong><br /> In order to have a convivial place to get together, <strong>share and co-create together we will build another 32m2 building.</strong><br /> All of this will be done in respect of all of the other extraordinary beings already living on the land, this means<strong> humans spaces will be made all while preserving the necessary spaces for the wild life</strong>. We want others to take conscience of their role in the balance of the natural by contemplation.<br /> That a simple, beautiful and sustainable&nbsp; life and well-being is possible and indispensable for life to last.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>WHO ARE WE?</strong></p> <p>We are Thibaud, Aurelia, Ema and Capucine.</p> <p><br /> I, Aurelia was born in Mexico where I come from an uninterrupted line of &quot;campesinos&quot; people that have always lived with the earth and from the earth. All of the knowledge of my ancestors were transmitted from generation&nbsp; to generation. I grew up healing myself with plants, eating the fruits from our trees, drinking spring water... In resilience, in harmony and simplicity.</p> <p><br /> My family immigrated to the USA in 1999 and I saw first hand our living situation change drastically from one day to another. Not having access to the land to feed ourselves, nor to put a roof over our heads my parents had to go to the exterior to work for a small salary putting us in a situation where none of our actions made sense anymore.</p> <p><br /> We all went from being active participants of our reality in a small scale to participating in a system where simplicity was a luxury specially for a family of immigrants.</p> <p><br /> Ema and Capucine are free learning on the land, rooted to earth and are a part of everyday life because we are convinced that if they don&#39;t lose this connection with the living they will more easily protect it in the future. They are 5 and 2 years old and are able to identify numerous plants, trees, birds, insects and their role in our eco-system. They know where the water that they drink comes from, what they must do to keep warm and the cycle of compost toilets,...</p> <p><br /> I, Thibaud, was born in France. As far as I can remember, I always felt that there was something missing living in the city, an emptiness that nothing could fill, a missing piece.</p> <p><br /> This human experience seemed to me too far from our profound being, I was filled with existential questions for me, for the entire humanity. How to continue this way when our occidental lifestyle leads to wars, famines, exploitation of men and catastrophic predation of nature? Was there no other way for all to live in this magnificent planet without provoking so much suffering?</p> <p>10 years ago I went to South America. I felt a profound connection with all of these people living humbly and in perfect harmony with compassion and sadness for all of these peasants without land were sentenced to a life of wandering and fighting back against injustice and inequalities. Unrooted and incapable to live in full sovereignity, many dream of reaching our way of life. That same way of life that caused distruction of their own culture and environment... This project was born there for me 10 years ago, in these far away lands with a conviction that it&#39;s with the respect of each being and every form of life that we must find our autonomy, this lost kingdom, and recognize the responsibility&nbsp; and the consequences of each of our actions.</p> <p>After 4 years of searching, this Eden was manifested and welcomes us to this project of autonomy and resilience in 12 hectares of wild and preserved nature.&nbsp; &nbsp;</p> <p>After a few months, a very simple installation allows us to drink and use the water from our spring, to feed ourselves with our veggies, to eat the fruits from the trees, and to keep warm thanks to the wood from our forest.<br /> We are two steps from reaching our dream for which we have not asked for any subventions in order to preserve our integrity and our values. <strong>And this is why after all of this work and many reflections we ask for your support</strong>. We want the support from other beings wanting to bring a real change to the world, by their actions, by their faith.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p>
