Nicholas Hudson: Cet enregistrement ma laissé cloué a mes écouteurs du debut a la fin. A ma propre deception, Anthony Galinier est un nom nouveau pour moi. Cependant, des le premier morceau j ai été immédiatement frappe par la profondeur de son son. Pour ce qui se souviennent de Bobby Watson a Desford Colliery Band dans les années 80 debut des années 90 sauront de quoi je parle. </div>

Le style d'Anthony est très different et parfois unique de tout autre par rapport au style traditionnel que nous connaissons ici. Il a un tel sublime control de l'instrument et avec tant d'aisance.</div>

Le repertoire de cet album n'est pas seulement une magnifique demonstration de l'instrument par le soliste, mais aussi une alliance jointe avec Foden's Band et Michael Fowles. Cet ensemble prend une fierté évidente dans tout les projets qu'ils entreprennent ensemble. Leur style est engagé, saisissant, précis techniquement et met toujours le soliste en valeur musicalement. </div>

"This particular recording kept me glued to my headphones from beginning to end. Anthony Galinier is, rather ashamedly, a new name to me. However, from track 1 I was immediately struck by his depth of sound. Those of you who remember Bobby Watson at Desford Colliery Band back in the late 80’s early 90’s will know what I’m talking about.</div>

Roger Webster: Un CD tres bien conçu, avec un magnifique accompagnement de Fodens. La barre est très haute tout au long du CD, mais peut être pourrait manquer un petit quelque chose parfois. Pour avoir ecouté attentivement ce CD, le tenor horn peut avoir une grande capacité dans ses tonalités, et je suis sur que ce fin musicien va continuer a se developper, et nous verrons et écouterons de belles choses encore. </div>

J'attache beaucoup d'importance au partage et à l'échange. Il était donc tout naturel que je demande à des musiciens de venir pour partager un moment avec moi sur ce disque, à l'instar d'Owen Farr et Fabrice Millischer qui avaient pris part à mon premier cd.</p>

Mark started playing the cornet aged 6 with his local band Ellenbrook and Boothstown before moving to the Walkden Band and then</p>
<p>
Besses Boys aged 13 where he stayed for 5 years on Principal Cornet. During this time Mark was also appointed Principal Cornet</p>

with the 'National Youth Brass Band of Great Britain.' When he was 18 Mark joined the Wingates Band on Principal Cornet for 2</p>
<p>
years before accepting Howard Snell's offer to join the Britannia Building Society Band (now Foden's) on Principal Cornet in 1992. </p>

During this time he has been privileged to have won every major contest with Foden's including the British Open, National Finals,</p>
<p>
European Championships, Swiss, French and American Opens as well as numerous victories at the All England Masters Contest,</p>

Area Contest and Brass in Concert entertainment competitions. In 2013 Mark was appointed the Band Manager of Foden's.</p>

Peter Meechan’s music is performed throughout the world. His music has been commissioned, recorded, broadcast and performed by some of the world’s leading wind orchestras, brass bands, conductors and soloists, including: Bramwell Tovey, Black Dyke Brass Band, Dunshan Symphonic Wind Orchestra, The Band of the Coldstream Guards, RNCM Wind Orchestra, Steven Mead, Jens Lindemann, Ryan Anthony, Les Neish, Linda Merrick, the BBC Concert Orchestra, Edmonton Symphony Orchestra, Rex Richardson, Jacques Mauger and many more.</p>

Meechan’s music is featured on over 80 commercial recordings and has been featured at festivals and clinics globally, including the Midwest Clinic, the International Trumpet Guild, the International Tuba and Euphonium Association, BASBWE and WASBE conferences, and in 2014 his work “The Legend of King Arthur” was used as the set test piece at the British National Brass Band Championships, held in the Royal Albert Hall, London.</p>

He currently holds the position of “Musical Associate” with the Fodens Band, based in Sandbach, UK, who released a volume of his music for brass band, titled “The Legend of King Arthur”.</p>
