Un projet qui tronçonnera la Nam Ou en sept et bouleversera irrémédiablement les écosystèmes riverains et les communautés locales. Les milliers d'hommes qui peuplent ses berges vénèrent le Naga, le serpent mythologique, hôte de ces eaux. Leur offrandes ne suffiront pas à les sauver d' un péril dont ils ignorent encore tout.
