Want to know a little bit more about us? This is us: Charlotte and Delphine, two french girls loving food, travels and adventures. We are also very keen to choose a more sustainable lifestyle and smarter consumption habits ! As we talked and shared our values, we realised that our life experiences through travels and career in sales, foodtech and hospitality industry had several common grounds : the idea of Mellow Factory started to take form. But what is Mellow Factory? Mellow is used to refer to something that is soft, smooth, velvety like, even melodious or dulcet. All of these characteristics belong in Mellow Factory, as our atmosphere will be cosy and welcoming, and our food comforting and tasteful. The food and drinks will be hand and homemade, as a "Factory" creating something out of raw materials. Obviously, having an industrial vibe, it will also be a reference to Manchester, the city of the industrial revolution, as Charlotte has lived there for 3 years. Mellow Factory came from the idea to bring anglosaxon vibes to Antibes, while trying to help the development of local economy. At Mellow Factory every food and drink is sourced from local supplier, every one of them working with seasonnality! Inspired by all the coffee shops we used to go to while living in the UK and the US, Mellow Factory will have a friendly ambiance, a neo-industrial design and a soothing pop-rock blues music atmosphere. Our ambition is to create a truely lively place, where anyone can come to enjoy food and drinks anytime of the day, in a venue welcoming meetups and relaxation. Our menu is inspired by the best anglosaxon recipes (English breakfast, scones, pancakes, and so on) and will change seasonly and according to our mood. It is a cuisine to be enjoyed in relation to our travels, homemade with local and seasonal ingredients. Mellow Factory will also offer a free-to-use games and books library, to stimulate discovery, conviviality and togetherness! We are very proud to partner with Dernier Rempart in Antibes. They will be the providers of board games, books and comics, and this partnership will allow us to organise events such as meet-ups around these materials. And where can you find us...? At the heart of the old town in Antibes, 6 Rue Thuret, our premises are ideally situated to implemente our concept in the city ecosystem.
