<p>I am a personal trainer&nbsp;for more than 5 years and I observe that the desires and needs of sports practitioners, novices or more experienced, have strongly changed in recent years.</p> <p>They don&#39;t just want to keep fit and / or sculpt a plastic dream, but seek more thrills by trying to practice fight&nbsp;sports. In the same way that these have been enormously popularized in the media and social networks.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>That&#39;s why I started to create &quot;BOXING FACTORY&quot;, a training studio that will open on January 25, 2019 at 8:30 pm. All the most popular fighting sports will be present such as boxing, Thai boxing, Brazilian jiu jitsu and mma.
