<strong>Presentation of the project</strong><br />
The BPM or Process Management is the basis of a methodology to model the Company’s processes. In fact, through Questioning it is much more than that because it allows to:</p>

<li><strong>optimize</strong> what works normally,</li>
<li><strong>identify</strong> malfunctions and waste, and propose measures to address them</li>
<li><strong>to solve </strong>problems</li>
</ul>
<p>There was a lack of a simple, understandable methodology established by practitioners who have been working in companies for many years. This is done for the French version that we carried at arm’s length with our publisher (EMERIT Publishing) to give consistency to the project. But in this globalized world an English version is indispensable, and concerns us all.<br />

<strong>A little bit of history:</strong><br />
The last days of July 2002 saw the implementation of the Sarbanes Oxley Act following the ENRON, TYCO and other scandals. The need for clarification and knowledge of its processes has become insatiable. But like everything that goes too fast, the developments did not go, in our opinion, where logic should have taken us.<br />
This is what I called the <strong>BPM 7 deadly sins</strong> . So we had to go back to basics.</p>
