A city that they like to call their refuge. A city In perpetual mutation, animated by a singular urban trance and incessant producer of ideas and desires, Dakar has naturally become the fundamental source of inspiration of the brand.</p>

The everyday streetlife, of those who inhabit a young and modern Africa; both deply rooted and fast changing, as well as the mix of both designers cultures, are undoubtedly the artistic signature of these two storytellers.</p>

<strong>More than just dressing us, they are telling us their stories. </strong></p>

Fusing materials and codes, by daring to approach or break, mixing, re-inventing, and givingboth aesthetic and narrative meaning to what they offer to wear, see and hear. </p>

<strong>BULL DOFF</strong> creates this season a resolutely graphic collection revisiting the geometric patterns and colors of the <strong>IMIGONGO</strong> traditional Rwandan decorative art.</p>
<p>
</p>
<p>
Combining these ancestral codes with punk-rock influences, <strong>BULL DOFF</strong> proposes a line of clothing inviting to open up to the universality and the understanding of a modernity that feeds on a crossbreeding that Africa contributes to make beautiful and possible.</p>

THE <strong>RWANDA AVENIR ASSOCIATION</strong> has worked for thirteen years in Kigali where it created a community center with and for survivor of the Tutsi's Genocide. This house with therapeutic and memory vocation proposes trainings and workshops in diverse domains, favoring the artistic mediums. The Association has set up a choir of traditional singings and a cooperative of <strong>IMIGONGO</strong> Art. They help with modest money grants needy women, also bringing a feeling of pride to those who practice and pass on these representative arts of rich Rwandan heritage.</p>

In 2014, a workshop of memory was born, allowing survivors to testify through the writing of a several decades long story (1959-1994 ). These testimonies were the object of a translated edition: « Exercise Books of Memory, Kigali, 2014 » (Editions Classiques Garnier, 2017).</p>

Twenty three years after the genocide, many of these people still live in a big destitution, suffer from sub-nutrition and are lacking minimal resources in terms of medical care (diabetes, high blood pressure...).</p>

The partnership which <strong>BULL DOFF</strong> has built with the Rwanda Avenir Association focus in supporting these people in their medical needs.</p>
<p>
</p>
<p>
<strong>So, each of your purchases of the collection IMIGONGO will allow BULL DOFF to establish a fund to aid the Rwanda Avenir <strong>Association </strong>.</strong></p>
<p>
</p>
<p>
If we exceed our objectives and reach the target of the 150 %, we can extend our partnership, proposing during the presentation of the collection an exhibition- sale of paintings realized by the women of the Association. It will be a great opportunity to discover these works.</p>
