Mixed by Joe Marlett (Foo Fighters, Stone temple pilots ..) and Mastered by John Golden in L.A. Alex Keren is a singer songwriter and has released a first album "Walkin'on" under the label Underdog Records. Once Upon A Time (2016): Album online: The universe of the clip takes its inspiration straight from American cinema. A Road Movie that takes place in a desert, close to a mysterious rock. A shoot that mixes outdoor and studio shooting. The clip is directed by Erik Bianco and a super team ... Valéria as the make up artist, Hilary as the executive producer, Frank as the general manager, Ronan at the camera, Stéphane first assistant director, Sébastien and Bernard with his Drone... and with the participation of Grace Edgar, student at Mougins School. Erik Bianco is, among other things, the Co-founder with Christian Grenier of, "Antibes moins 1", a mythical café-théâtre in Antibes. He has directed several documentaries and short films including "Sur la route d'un vérificateur" which received first prize at the video competition organized by the town of Antibes and ASOA audiovisuel. He also worked on the design and the manufacture of the many sets for the operas of "Music au coeur d'Antibes" (artistic direction: Eve Ruggieri). He will later on win the best prize at the script writing competition organised by cinema corporation of Nice for the movie 'L'ombre d'une femme'. The song "How does it feel" by Alex Keren tells an intimate story, conveyed by his music that is simple, emotional and inspiring. An atmosphere that will lead us to a place filled with mysticism. We are filming with a BlackMagic 4k PL and DZO 20/55 and Tokina 11/20 cine lenses. We also acquired an ASX.mov slider. Editing and color grading will be done on DavinCi Resolve 17. For the takes needed in a studio, we visited the "Studios Bastide Rouge" in Cannes and this will undoubtedly be the next destination for most of the filming.
A large part of the money raised will also be used to rent the studio in Cannes. We are considering at least three days of filming, for all these scenes which will be filmed in front of a green screen. The clip will also be filmed with miniature models. The models of the cars used are at 1/18th, 1/24 and 1/43. The shoot will take about three weeks at the PAT STRIKE Studio in Grasse. The rest of the money will be used for the construction of the set, the purchase of the models, SSD disks, lighting rental (Nice Film Industry) as well as management costs for the team.
