Allocation of funds

PEEPS' FAST SHOW" </strong>will be performed during the <strong>MUSEUM NIGHT FEVER,</strong> the <strong>5th of March 2016, </strong>in collaboration with the <strong>MUSÉE DES INSTRUMENTS DE MUSIQUE</strong> in <strong>Brussels</strong><strong>.</strong></p> <p>  </p> <p> <img alt="Logo_mim-1449586612" src="https://d3v4jsc54141g1.cloudfront.net/uploads/project_image/image/258497/logo_mim-1449586612.jpg">                                          <img alt="Mainpage.cfm-1449586665" height="163" src="https://d3v4jsc54141g1.cloudfront.net/uploads/project_image/image/258498/mainpage.cfm-1449586665.png" width="222"></p> <p>  </p> <p>  </p> <p> <strong>THE PROJECT WILL RECEIVE ONLY 1500 EUROS </strong>from the organisation of the Museum Night Fever, <strong>but we will have this many people performing and working:</strong></p> <p>  </p> <p> <strong>5 DANCERS </strong></p> <p> <strong>4 WAITRESSES</strong></p> <p> <strong>1 MASTER OF CEREMONY</strong></p> <p> <strong>1 TECHNICIAN</strong></p> <p>  </p> <p> Apart from that we will <strong>have to pay the PEOPLE WHO WORKED BEHIND THE SCENES:</strong></p> <p>  </p> <p> <strong>Graphic designer for the menus</strong></p> <p> <strong>Photographer</strong></p> <p> <strong>Video maker</strong></p> <p> <strong>Dressmaker</strong></p> <p> <strong>etc.</strong></p> <p>  </p> <p> We will also <strong>have to pay for the THINGS WE NEED TO MAKE THE SHOW HAPPEN:</strong></p> <p>  </p> <p> <strong>Uniforms for waitresses</strong></p> <p> <strong>Costumes for dancers</strong></p> <p> <strong>Decoration</strong></p> <p> <strong>Food for the public</strong></p> <p> <strong>Place to rehearse during 2 weeks</strong></p> <p> <strong>Flights for some of the artist</strong><strong>s</strong> who are coming from other countries.</p> <p>  </p> <p> <strong>IT IS A HUGE AND MOTIVATING PROJECT </strong>in which a lot of professional artists are and will be taking part, and 1500€ can not cover all of our expenses !</p> <p>  </p> <p> We need your help to make it possible and as professional and nice as we all want it to be.</p> <p>  </p> <p>  </p> <p> <u><strong>HOW WILL WE USE THE FUNDING?</strong></u></p> <p>  </p> <p> <strong>- </strong>Let's start with the <strong>snacks for the public and the decoration</strong>. It will be around <strong>1000 €</strong>. Around <strong>3000 people are expected to come to see our show !!! </strong>We will provide peanuts, wine and soft drinks !</p> <p>  </p> <p> -<strong> A place to rehearse</strong>. There will be 3 days during which we will not be able to rehearse at the Musée des Instruments de Musique. It is around 40 euros per day to rent another dance room. <strong>That is 80 €.</strong></p> <p>  </p> <p> <strong>- Flights for two dancers coming from Spain.</strong> 100 € per dancer.<strong> It will add 200 €.</strong></p> <p>  </p> <p> - Now let's talk about <strong>artists</strong>. Imagine I pay <strong>100 € per person</strong> who helped in the project. Let's say we are 16 people (in fact we are more than that). It will rise up to <strong>1600 € which means I am out of the budget</strong> MUSEUM NIGHT FEVER is giving me. </p> <p>  </p> <p> Now imagine that<strong> most of these people</strong> have spent between <strong>50 and 100 hours preparing the show. Do you think even 100 € is a fair compensation?</strong></p> <p>  </p> <p> So<strong> YES</strong>, I will use the funding <strong>to pay all these artists as respectfully as I can</strong>, trying to reward all the hours and energy they invested in this project.</p> <p>  </p> <p>  </p> <p> <strong>TO SUM IT UP:</strong></p> <p>  </p> <p> 2000 € OF FUNDING + 1500 € from the Museum Night Fever = 3500 € FOR THE PROJECT.</p> <p>  </p> <p> FOOD AND DRINKS FOR THE PUBLIC, COSTUMES, AND DECORATION.................................1000</p> <p> PLACE TO REHEARSE.................................................................................................................................80</p> <p> FLIGHTS FOR 2 DANCERS.......................................................................................................................200</p> <p> 16 ARTISTS X 138,75 EUROS (gross) EACH......................................................................................2200</p> <p>  </p> <p>  </p> <p> IF I GET MORE FUNDING:</p> <p>  </p> <p> I will use it to pay more fairly the artists. I think that even 138,75 € (gross) it is not fair enough yet for more than 50 hours of work.
