DAYMARK was born of the coming together of 2 musicians/producers from the electronic, pop and film music scene. Their soaring-like music is reinforced by dense electronic sounds, offering an "electro / post-pop" aesthetic served by an imagery rooted in cinema, reverie and surrealism.

After a first eponymous EP at the end of 2017 and several concerts in Paris, they signed with the Gum Club (alongside artists such as LAAKE, VIMALA or FORM) and unveiled two singles in 2018 - "Massive" & "Looking Above" - as well as a live version of this last track shot at the "Institut du monde arabe" in Paris.






The year 2019 will be the year of their second 4 track EP "PHARE", scheduled to be released on June 14th, with its two singles / music videos. Both "Reaching" and "Spirit" are already available online.

The visual aspect, has been central since the early days of the project and has continued to take an ever more important place, through the creation of more ambitious visual & video supports. The music video to "Reaching" being an excellent embodiment of this. This first single of the second EP "PHARE", produced & directed by DAYMARK (with Serginski & Fred Scotlande), was shot using miniature characters, landscapes and worlds created from scratch and filmed in macro, thus bringing breath taking imagery straight out of science fiction and post-modern & pop aesthetics.


With this spatial and aesthetic as a common thread - but also the dreamy & surrealist imagery the duo has developed - Their second EP "PHARE" delivers an exciting new segment on this journey.



Allocation of funds

The production of the new EP is already 75% funded:

- the 4 tracks of the EP have been recorded, mixed & mastered

- all promotional elements were self-financed: the "Reaching" & "Spirit" clips, the artwork of the cover, the press photos as well as the EP teaser

-  2/3 of the press officer's budget has been funded


How much do we need: - i. e. 2000€ - will therefore be used to finance:

- The creation of a third clip on the title of "Walkers"

- The promotion of the EP through the financing of the last third of the press officer's budget

- Promotional marketing, through the financing of the physical pressing of the EP, the advertising budget for social networks & merchandising.
