Deuxième album de Charley Rose Trio

Hello to all, we are in the new straight line for the recording of our new opus with my trio. It is with the greatest of pleasures that we are going to record the fruit of the work of a whole year with new compositions which will have been the subject of many concerts, and will thus be very well practiced and enriched by the fact of having played them many times. This year, with Enzo Carniel on piano and Ariel Tessier on drums, we travelled on French train tracks or jumped over mountains to perform in beautiful venues in Romania, Hungary and Germany. So it was about twenty dates in France and in Europe, from which I submit to you some of my best shots: For this new album, it is a whole panel of new colors that will be offered to you, an exploration of many genres inhabiting the collective unconscious, whether we like it or not. Indeed, the offbeat pop of Beatles who would have remained stuck in a mystical trip illustrating the honeymoon of two immaculate cute little bichons: to the trap jazz tinged with the frenzied contemporaneity of a skater slouching on the asphalt: Or the crazy waltz of a little cat awake to the pleasures of chasing a moth: The crepuscular introspective deplorations of a drunken and repentant James Bond in the guise of a dark ballad: In any case a foretaste of what's to come with this composition made from the first and last name of our Luxembourgish drummer friend, official replacement of the trio: Pit Dahm! Still many stories to tell thanks to a music in constant evolution, in constant renewal. It is this polymorphous and creative jazz that we like to play in this group. We will have a dozen new compositions that will be recorded on November 15 and 16 in the superb studio of the Jazz Campus: So quality guaranteed! It's a pre-sale of the record with of course, some extra compensation for those who wish to help us more generously. This will guarantee us the necessary financial contributions to self-produce our record until its production and release in early 2023.
