THE CREATOR

Hello all, my name is Aurélien, I am 27 and I love travelling. I studied and lived a bit everywhere but it is in South Africa that I discovered Kombucha! A probiotic drink that does good to your body. 

THE IDEA

Back in France, the idea is to launch a kombucha brand, a drink not well known in this country. Its taste and its medicinal values make it a real alternative to the classic sugar-saturated beverages.

THE PROJECT

We are settling in Vallée de Chevreuse, an innovative locality and authentic located in the Yvelines. The brewers, syrup makers and craftmen are deeply rooted here. The micro-brewery is based in Bonnelles, where an empty workshop allows us to freely lay out our production unit.

We are helped by the Natural Reserve of Haute Vallée de Chevreuse, mainly on the financial aspects of the project as well as our involvement in the local economical network.

A range of Classic Kombucha will be composed of three recipes based on organic green tea, sugar cane and the famous superfoods (tumeric, ginger, pomegranate, etc...).

For the moment, it is home made:

A range of Premium Kombucha will be composed of three recipes on the same base but with more local ingredients with the aim of reviving forgotten medicinal ingredients produced in France.

Allocation of funds

THE SCENARIO

The personal investment already engaged is around 15 000 euros allowed us to focus on:

The refurbishing of the workshop (Epoxy resin on the ground, wall painting, tiling) --> We do almost everything ourselves!

Industrial equipment of the brewery (tanks, capsules, bottling machine, sticking machine, industrial boiler, fridge, stainless table).

5 000 euros amount that we would like to raise with your help:

*Buy the first raw materials to test the recipes and first months of production: Sugar (100kgs), Spices (500 euros of initial budget), Tea (2 kgs).                                                                                           *Buy the complete packaging: empty bottles (palet/3600 units), caps (5500 units), stickers (3000 units)

If we reach 7 500 euros, we ll be able to invest in:

*A cold room allowing a relevant storage volume.                                                   *An advertisement campaign in the center of Paris in collaboration with the partner shops.

If we reach 10 000 euros, we will be able to add to the previous investment:

*A refrigerated vehicle allowing a relevant commercial campaign and a presence on the markets and fairs.

If we reach 12 000 euros:

*Renting of our first market spot in Paris.                                                             *The financing of our first fair event.
