The project and its vocation

Malakensa's vocation is to offer a unique buying and selling space that targeted promotion of all exceptional French and international know-how, whatever the sector of activity.

What are the values ​​that we want to convey?

Above all, we want to promote high-end craftsmanship, the sometimes multi-generational experience, the high quality of the work and the raw materials used, the handmade work, the sustainability of the products, a more eco-responsible consumption, and environmental commitments . It is with these values ​​that we will select and offer you a panel of exceptional know-how never seen on a single site.

 

The interest of our concept

As the founder of Malakensa, I approached a number of French professionals offering exceptional products whatever their sector of activity and I discovered a truly unique and very diverse universe of completely unknown high-end know-how. ! Professionals who work only with noble materials and often with values ​​committed to the environment whose vocation is to offer products that arouse emotion and last over time. Do discovering all the creativity and innovations of high-end French and international know-how abroad will be our main challenge. For this an adapted digital showcase is essential!

Offering unique high-end products and exclusive brands as well as exceptional content that is rare or in very limited series will be our second commitment.

 

Malakensa, an innovative concept adapted to the needs of our qualified professional customers

The innovative character of Malakensa is due to the fact that our site will be the first to privatize access to its content to enhance exceptional French and international know-hows abroad.

This decision follows a strong demand from professionals for a differentiating and very qualitative support in the image of their know-how.

In order to have the means to offer an appropriate presentation and qualitative services and to provide professionals with a targeted connection, we have decided to privatize access to our content through a right of access which will be paid by our individual members.

 

We are committed to the environment

We are committed to donating part of our profits to the NGO Panthéra working for the protection of wildlife and the environment , one of our commitments . Our customers thus participate indirectly in the protection of their environment.

 

 

The Creators and the origins of the project

With diverse experiences in the luxury sector, we have set ourselves the goal of offering a high-end digital showcase that highlights the exceptional work of selected professionals. In order to perfect the elitist services that we want to offer, the Malakensa team partners with professional partners of choice in some very high-end sectors.

  A test phase

In order to test the interest of our project with our clientele of qualified professionals, we created a site presenting our concept and approached our Pro clientele on Linkedin.

After numerous discussions with top-of-the-range professionals from all sectors, we have seen a certain enthusiasm for our concept and for the values that we wish to convey. As Founder, I created a network of professionals which now has a little over 900 members, most of whom offer exceptional know-how, unfortunately little or not enough known. Some of these qualified professionals have already joined us by registering on our Pro Member area as well as some individuals.

The project in detail


As you have probably already understood, Malakensa intends to offer a buying / selling space intended to enhance high-end French but also international products and know-how. We want to highlight the love of a job well done, sometimes multigenerational experiences, the nobility of the materials used, the durability of the products and the eco-responsible commitments of our professionals. Our goal is to offer a high-end digital showcase to the image of our exceptional content in order to promote them in France and abroad.

In order to select professionals and their content, we have set up a charter of excellence guaranteeing the high quality of the know-how presented to our customers.

Among our selection criteria, we can mention our wish to highlight companies or craftsmen committed to the environment as well as those who bring added value in favor of it. Value that is dear to us.

 

 

A very selective and exclusive second-hand market

The professionals who have been selected will be able to offer their goods and products new or used in the 22 sectors of activity that we will offer. We also offer a second-hand market but always in the very high quality. A market allowing the transmission of rare or even unique, high quality and durable products. Individuals will also be able to deposit their high-end products, but only in certain segments.

All goods and products offered by individual Members must have been assessed or authenticated before publication and also meet our charter of excellence. We will also offer a concierge service to individuals who do not want to worry about advertising their product. We take care of everything for them, expertise, estimation, detailed text description and visual enhancement of the product by a qualified professional.

 

We thus guarantee as much as possible the quality of our content and we secure payments by being a trusted third party between the buyer and the seller.

As the founder I finalized our T & Cs and I found all my partners. I have also already created a fairly large network of qualified professional Members, many of whom are now awaiting the launch of this great project.

The company will have the status of a SASU and will have a capital of 10,000 euros

Good to know: The creation of our marketplace would take 8 to 10 weeks. This is the time it takes to create a quality and functional Marketplace.

If we are asking for your support today, it is because the current context combined with our essentially intangible needs have not been conducive to our canvassing with traditional creditors (Banks).

The diagram below represents the total amount of the project which amounts to 65,000 euros, including the contribution of 15,000 euros, without the Kisskissbankbank commission.

If I do not count my contribution or the Kisskissbankbank commission, my search for funding for this innovative concept amounts to 50,000 euros including tax. This amount is however the minimum necessary for the good realization of our concept but a higher collection would nevertheless make it possible to offer a site and services of much better quality in line with our objectives of elitist services.

 

 

Breakdown of our investment needs

_ 90% of our needs are therefore intended for the creation of our site and our Marketing campaign (including 44% for the creation of the site and 46% for the marketing campaign)

_ 6% for establishment costs and various charges and taxes

_ 4% For the purchase of computer equipment

 

 

Our Marketing Strategy


Our marketing campaign will be prepared at the same time as the creation of the site and disseminated on multiple media once our site is launched. Our campaign will be in Print, in digital, by personalized and qualitative handwritten letters, and on certain targeted social networks.

 

Breakdown of our Marketing strategy

 

Budget planned for our campaign in year 1: 30,000 euros

_ 32% of the Marketing budget will be used for the acquisition of high-quality addresses and the financing of the costs of sending handwritten letters.

_ 20% of the Marketing budget will be used for a monthly campaign on Google Adwords

_ 20% of the Marketing budget will be used for a monthly campaign on social networks (Linkedin and Instagram)

_ 17% of the Marketing budget will be used for the creation of an advertising spot that will be broadcast on social networks and You tube

_ 9% of the Marketing budget will be used for the creation of a press article

_ 2% of the Marketing budget will be used for an Emailing campaign

 The role of our contributors


By participating in our fundraising, you will allow very talented but little or unknown French craftsmen and companies to gain a foothold in the international high-end market and you may even participate in enhancing the image of our country. . Promoting our know-hows also means promoting French employment, the sustainability of our products, as well as committed environmental values. In addition, the health crisis that we are going through has also undermined the many professionals that we are targeting and a tool such as Malakensa could allow them to go up the slope more easily. So you too will participate in the recovery of the economy!

As our concept is also open to high-end foreign products, you participate in discovering a wide variety of exceptional know-how often overlooked in France.

The amount of our fundraising remains however the minimum necessary for the good realization of our concept but a higher fundraising would nevertheless make it possible to offer a site and services of much better quality in line with our objectives of elite services. If the amount collected were to exceed the desired amount, we could also invest more massively in our Marketing campaign in order to establish our notoriety more surely and quickly.

_ For 30 euros we invite you to meet us at our launch party

_ For 50 euros we will send you 3 confidential announcements of our choice

_ For 100 euros we will send you 10 confidential announcements that you have chosen from our 22 sectors of activity. (For example 6 in automotive and 4 in watchmaking)

_ For 500 euros we will provide you with your access codes to discover our exclusive services and all our high-end content for 3 months. Membership fees during this 3 month period are offered.

_ For 1000 euros we will provide you with your access codes to discover our exclusive services and all our high-end content for 6 months. Membership fees during this 6 month period are offered.

_ For 2000 euros we will provide you with your access codes to discover our exclusive services and all our high-end content for 12 months + a privileged invitation to our first private showroom at the end of 2021. (The annual membership fee of 1000 euros is therefore offered with this contribution)

Our rewards for Professionals:

_ For 30 euros we invite you to meet us at our launch party

_ For 50 euros we offer you to promote one of your products for 3 months at no cost and thus test our very qualitative space at a lower cost.

_ For 100 euros we offer you to promote 3 of your products for 3 months at no cost and thus test our very qualitative space at a lower cost.

_ For 500 euros we offer you to promote 5 of your products for 6 months at no cost and thus test our very qualitative space at a lower cost. A privilege invitation to our first private showroom at the end of 2021 is also offered to you for this investment.

_ For 1000 euros we offer you to promote 10 of your products for 12 months at no cost and thus test our very qualitative space at a lower cost.

_ For 2000 euros we offer you to promote 20 of your products for 12 months at no cost and thus test our very qualitative space at a lower cost. A privilege invitation to our first private showroom at the end of 2021 is also offered to you for this investment.

The diagram below represents the total of our fundraising which amounts to 54,000 euros. The Kisskissbankbank commission is therefore included.

_ 42% are intended to finance our marketing campaign

_ 41% are intended to finance the creation of our site

_ 8% are intended to finance the remuneration of Kisskissbankbank

_ 7% are intended to finance establishment costs and various charges and taxes

_ 2% are intended to finance the purchase of computer equipment

The total cost of the project with a contribution of 15,000 euros and the Kisskissbankbank commission included therefore amounts to 69,000 euros.
